  • Excellent stay

"We spent an excellent week at this perfect condo. It's very nicely decorated with very nice touches and comfortable furnishings. The condo was clean when we arrived, and they even baked us brownies! The condo is in a very pleasant and quiet complex on the third floor. It was a very comfortable size for two adults and two kids. It is close to the beaches and outlets and a very short walk to Big fish, one of our all time favorite restaurants. The pool is also very nice, right around the corner from the condo. The pool can be seen from the screened in balcony , and the balcony overlooks a pleasant pond with a relaxing fountain. What really stands out at this condo is that everything you can imagine and need for a fun week at the beach is provided! From beach chairs, towels and beach toys to band aids and toiletries. They had a great library of DVDs and books, and TVs in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped for whatever you would need, and the pantry had all you needed. It was perfect, all you needed to bring was your own clothes. Bottom line this was a perfect condo for a week at the beach, with everything included at an amazing rate. We're looking forward to our return next year."

  • A Marathon weekend

"My husband and I ran the Rehoboth Beach Marathon this year for the third time. Previously, we have stayed in a hotel with our kids, dog and extended family but decided to rent a home this year. What a great decision! This house was close to town and in a lovely neighborhood. The fenced in yard was perfect for the kids to take the dog out, and everything was clean and neat. There was a lot of room in the bedrooms, and the living space fit everyone comfortably. We will definitely be back!"

  • Great house for a large group

"We spent a week in July at Mike’s house in Rehoboth Beach. It was the first trip to the area for many of us, and we gathered from 4 different states for a family reunion. There was enough room for our large family – 6 children ages 2-18 and 11 adults – to stay in the house. The basement became the older kids’ space. There was enough space for everyone to sleep in a bed. We were able to gather for meals prepared in the kitchen and eaten in the large dining room or rooftop deck. There was also room for other family to visit and eat or just hang out with us after a day at the beach. The house is very nice and well maintained. Preparing for our week in the house actually took a bit of coordination. Each family had to bring (or buy) their own bath and beach towels and bed linens. We brought in everything from toilet paper to hand soap to dishwasher detergent and sponges for the kitchen. There were games and kitchen utensils and small appliances and two grills and even a couple of beach chairs that were provided with the house, but you had to bring or rent the linens. There were quilts and pillows on each bed though. Two parking permits were provided. Having them was essential for our group since we had quite a few cars. We learned the hard way that you need to use the parking permits on the street outside the house, not just at the beach. For us, with a gaggle of kids, some older adults or with bad knees, the walk to the beach was a bit much – especially in the heat of a summer day carrying everything we needed. We coordinated our trips so that we drove to the beach each day after trying the walk the first day. So those parking passes were definitely used. The house takes up pretty much the whole lot it’s on, so the only outdoor space is the rooftop deck and the front yard. There is a school around the corner with a field and tennis courts if someone wanted to throw around a football or something. There is a cool footbridge over the river that has ducks and turtles, which was nice. And a park with a playground suitable for little kids was just on the other side of the bridge. We didn’t make it to the pool, which is in another development, but were offered that option. Luckily the WiFi in the house and trips to the beach kept the kids occupied. All in all, Mike’s house in Rehoboth Beach served as a lovely setting for our family gathering."
