  • Great house in a great location

"We (7 ladies) stayed for a long weekend in this house and loved it. There is plenty of room, a beautiful porch and everything you need in the kitchen to cook any meal. The location is perfect for quiet evenings at home or just a short walk away from downtown and the boardwalk. We will definitely be back for future visits."

  • Vacation Headquarters! Beautiful Home that's ideally located and equipped with everything you need

"For our family vacations are an opportunity to build those great memories that stay with you for a lifetime. Even though we live 30 minutes from Virginia Beach, for several years we have chosen this property as our “vacation headquarters.” Its location is ideal; Rehoboth Beach is one of the best kept vacation secrets in the United States. It combines big city amenities with that small town feel. Directly across Highway 1 is Jungle Jim’s, a water park that is sure to be a hit with kids and adults. The beaches are beautiful and full of history. You can work on your tan or climb a restored observation tower from World War II and imagine German U-Boats prowling on the horizon. I’m also a huge fan of Funland, a small but entertaining “throwback” amusement park that will remind you of those warm, carefree summer nights at the county fair. Dining is off the chart, both in quality and selection. Whether you like Italian, pizza, seafood, sushi, ribs, steak, or anything else, the options are endless. When you’ve maxed out on fun and food, it’s time to take the short drive or bike ride to come home to this relaxing property and enjoy family time, fellowship with friends, or solitude. It’s roomy, comfortable, clean, ideally located and equipped with everything you need to transform a hum-drum vacation into a collage of lifelong memories. We had such a good time with our family this summer that we came back the next weekend for more great memories!"

  • Awesome home in a great location! We cannot wait to go back!

"We were looking for a home where we could take our dogs for a week in Rehoboth, so a fully-fenced yard was a must. This home was superb! The beautiful backyard is fully-WALLED in. No way for the pups to escape, lovely landscaping for them to explore and enjoy, and easy access to let them out from the living room and directly from the master bedroom (really convenient for middle-of-the-night potty breaks). It was also such a cozy house for us humans! We only had two people, so we didn't use a majority of the house, but it's huge and can accommodate many people comfortably. Great kitchen, fully-equipped. SO easy to walk to Dewey or Rehoboth, and so easy to hop in the car to drive anywhere. We have rented other homes for past vacations to Rehoboth, but we hope to only rent this house for our future trips. It was just perfect! Oh, and the fact that linens were all provided? WOW! You have no idea how convenient that is! I cannot say enough good stuff about our stay here. I cannot wait to book it again!"
