  • Highly Recommended!!!!

"Our family stayed here for the first time last summer and we couldn't wait to return again this year! Having just returned from our second stay, we were once again so very happy with this condo. It's extremely clean, comfortable, very well maintained and possesses a peaceful feel which allows you to just relax! The location is very convenient to downtown, restaurants, beaches, outlets, grocery stores -- everything. The pool is within walking distance and is great for families with young children (I think the shallow end is 2.5 feet). The community is safe, clean and very quiet. Excellent communication throughout the whole lease process. Owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. We've enjoyed making family memories here the past couple of years and look forward to making more in the years to come! We highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!"

  • Family Fun

"This was our first time staying in Rehoboth and I think the location of this condo in the Henlopen spoiled us. We couldn't have hoped for a better location to test out our new surroundings. With two toddlers, 2 and 4, being close to the beach and having access to a pool was great-plus there is a park right across the street. We were at the end of the boardwalk which made the beach area less crowded and we were able to walk everywhere which made getting to activities and food easy peasy. One thing that did start us off on the wrong foot however was that we were not able to park in the garage which is under the building- we were not aware, or missed this information. Our large SUV with luggage carrier on top was too tall to fit under the building and we had a difficult time unloading our car which we had to do on the street. It was a busy time of day and the elevators were working to full capacity on top of it. he Henlopen does supply carts to help with unpacking. But since we couldn't park in the garage we had to find permit parking on the street-a permit was provided which was a great help, and we were able to find parking pretty easily, especially since we didn't drive much during our stay. In regards to the condo it self- the balconies were great, having two bathrooms was a plus and the room sizes were just right. I wish it was updated a bit- peeling wallpaper and i didn't want to think about the carpet that was everywhere(flip flops worn at all times)...maybe time for a change there. Other than that, all good and would stay again!"

  • Great Place to Stay!

"My family and I felt so relaxed at this condo we would often laz around it until afternoon. It was quite spacious for the five of us. The use of the clubhouse and pool was great when we didn't quite make it to the beach one day! My wife and older son took advantage of nearby trails for running. The condo was centrally located near three places we love to visit when we go to the beach: Rehobeth Beach Boardwalk, Lewes beach, and Dewey beach. Making meals at the condo was very convenient especially with the up-to-date kitchen appliances and tools. Definitely a home away from home. I would recommend it highly to anyone wanting to spend one or weeks at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer."
