  • Great weekend getaway in May at Maryland House

"A few families went in together and booked Maryland house for a weekend beach volleyball tournament. We couldn't have been happier with the house. Lots of room for everyone, located on a nice, quiet street, yet easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Our cars didn't move all weekend! Susan was there to greet us and make sure we were settled in. She responded to any questions promptly and we highly recommend this house."

  • Great Cottage and Location!!

"Love coming here year after year. Walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants etc.. Great for kids because its located on the first block which means no streets to cross. Very clean and well maintained. We always look forward to returning every July."

  • Beautiful Home-Away-From-Home in Rehoboth

"Wonderful place to hang with the family. Well situated in Rehoboth Beach. Blocks from the beach and even closer to the main drag and all the stores and restaurants. Lovely owners in a beautifully maintain home. Would stay again at this pet-friendly hide-away in a heartbeat!"

  • Great communication, location, and amenities

"Communication: It was easy to communicate with the owner before and during our stay. He answered questions promptly and provided detailed move-in/move-out instructions. Location: close to beach (we walked there without shoes) and southern end of the boardwalk (no streets to cross en route). This house is walking distance from Rehoboth Avenue’s shops and restaurants. We didn't use our car once we parked it in the driveway, except for an initial grocery run along Rt. 1. Amenities: we enjoyed the outdoor shower, hot tub, and a larger-than-expected backyard with a fence. We also enjoyed the newer appliances, such as the Cuisinart coffee maker that could grind fresh beans or use coffee grounds and the high efficiency washer/dryer combo. Both were nicer than our appliances at home. Yet the house was family-friendly with movies, games, and books for young children. We gratefully used a wagon (found in the shed) to haul our stuff to the beach each day. This house's outdoor areas really expanded the living space. The back deck was large with a full-sized table and gas grill. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in front porch, which had ceiling fans and lights and ample seating. Plus there was another deck on the second floor with great views."
