  • This house literally has it all!

"This place (truly) has everything that vacationers are seeking. It's a comfortable, but well appointed house. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen and eating areas. We all loved the indoor pool - especially on a rainy day!! There's vibrant night life, restaurants, and lots to do for adults and kids as well. We walked everywhere, because the Boardwalk, shops, restaurants and entertainments are all a couple of blocks away. There are also lots of grocery stores for home cooking. For smaller kids, there's a small park with all the amenities, and it's just at the end of the block. If you want to relax at night in the house, there are enough flat screens for everyone. There's also: foosball, ping pong and pool. The house is clean and tidy."

  • Lots to do for young families and very comfortable home!

"We stayed at Margo's home for our first time ever exploring Fenwick Island. There were 6 adults and 4 kids. The flexibility of being walking distance from the bay, the pool, and the beach was huge with little kids. If the parents wanted to relax more, we went to the bay which has a nice sand area for the kids to spread out without having to lug every possible beach item and picnic tables to do a casual meal. We'd bring lunch to the pool which was the super close and even had 2 bathrooms which is huge with kids in tow. The beach was the "furthest" (across Route 1) but the whole island at that point is only 2 blocks and a 4 lane road wide. It's a beautiful beach. The home had plenty of space for us all, and we made the room off the kitchen the playroom so the adults played cards at the kitchen table, and the kids were in eyeshot playing and watching movies together. We went to the Ocean City boardwalk one night, but otherwise we found we had plenty to do without getting in a car. We also left an item at the house by accident, and Margo was super helpful in getting it back. If we weren't planning a New England trip next year, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • 112 Saulsbury Dewey Beach

"This unit on Saulsbury was located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was quiet, and Maria is truly on top of everything you could possibly need. Having sheets on the beds and not having to bring linens is a great way to decrease stress on a vacation. I was allowed to bring my dog which is a big bonus. The beach is a few minute walk and the beach sells food, chairs and umbrellas if desired. It is a small unit, maybe perfect for a couple although there is space for more people to sleep the living area is best suited I think for 2-3 people max. One bathroom and an outdoor shower. The best part of the unit is the attention Maria pays to her renters. She responds within minutes, will make your stay literally as seamless as she can. We did have spotty internet on all four of our devices so I think that could be something looked into if you are someone that needs to use Wifi. I would rent from Maria in a heartbeat!"

  • Comfortable, clean, and adorable condo and perfect for family with children.

"The description of this unit is perfect and even better when you see it. It is so comfortable that we felt like it was our home. My daughter, 2 year old granddaughter, and I (GiGi) and our dog spent a week this September. We took a baby gate at this advice of another review and would continue to recommend that to anyone with young children who wander at night. The spiral staircase is close to the room that children would use. Each bedroom has a spacious bathroom and a full size washer/dryer are located in the hallway between the two. The lovely master bedroom has a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The half bath on the first floor near the door that leads to the pool is great. The kitchen was complete with everything you could possibly need. We cooked almost all of our meals because we simply wanted to stay in "our" cozy home after a day on the beach. The location to everything is one of the best features including the direct walk to the pool. The 1 covered parking space (there are 2 total) is absolutely fantastic especially when there is rain on the day of arrival and you have to unload. We were grateful to find a place that allowed us to take our small dog who is blind and cannot be kenneled. Also, let me mention that this is a very clean and orderly home. Everything is well thought out for the comfort of guests. Christie is very easy to work with and just as pleasant. This was our first rip to Rehobeth Beach and needless to say we will be calling Christie again to plan our next trip. We did not want to leave we felt so at home!"
