Nice new home! Host/owners were very responsive & excellent to work with! Had trouble with access at first but with a bit of additional guidance we were in. Location was good for us - Nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

These pictures don't do this property justice !! Beautiful cozy home - cute little neighborhood close to a few shopping centers with food choices !! We got there later than expected and had zero issues with checking in ! Check out was just as easy 🙂 we had a blast and my son had the time of his life !!! Great memories made !! Thank you Walt and Nadia - your house is beautiful and we loved every minute ! We will be back !!!

What a lovely place to call home for a week with our family! The salt water pool is amazing, especially if you have kids, and the house has all the comforts of home. It's close to Publix and so many great restaurants. We got a lot of use out of the pool table, and I enjoyed my morning walks through the quiet neighborhood. We made great use of the Lanai in the morning for coffee/breakfast and the evenings before bed. It was a bit of a drive to most of the beaches that were open, but we tried a new one almost every day, including Sanibel, Boca Grande, Venice and Fort Myers (though the hurricane damage there was heartbreaking to see). Steve got back to us immediately whenever we reached out before and during our stay, and he also had wonderful dining recommendations for us. We especially enjoyed Deep Lagoon for our anniversary dinner. 😊 Highly recommend this Cape Coral gem!

Tom & Rachael were wonderful hosts for our family vacation. The home was very nice and it was at a great location in Cape Coral. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone with kids. There were plenty of children's toys that my niece and nephew loved and the outdoor pool area even had life jackets for them! We also appreciated the outdoor furniture and BBQ for an evening of relaxing and preparing food.
