  • Just as pictured

"The unit is just as pictured. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice and perfect for our family. We had a great time and would recommend this unit and community. Publix and several restaurants right next door."

  • Wonderful stay!

"My family stayed at this home for a week. The house and resort are 5 stars! Linda really has thought of everything, down to the hangers and hampers. The home is clean and modern. We liked being able to enjoy a day at the parks and come home to cook our own meals. There is a full kitchen with any cookware you may need. The only thing you need to bring are consumable items, such as food, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. All of the beds are super comfortable. My family used the pool and jacuzzi every night after we returned home from the parks. I can't speak on how the crowd is during the day but it was never crowded during the evening. The clubhouse has a bar and restaurant, as well as a spa and arcade. These amenities are available for an extra cost. We did order a drink at the bar and the prices were a little high, approx $9-11 per drink. We were able to take advantage of the discount tickets available through the clubhouse and saved quite a bit on Medieval Times tickets for our family, no strings attached. The home is about 20 or 30 minutes from all of the parks, which wasn't an issue for our family. We actually enjoyed being a little off the main drag. There are plenty of amenities around the home, including restaurants, a Publix, and a CVS. Overall, this was probably one of my favorite places I have stayed. Linda really has thought of all of the details. One of my children said she had the time of her life and the other opted to skip Legoland and stay home with her dad to rest at the resort after an exhausting day at Magic Kingdom. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town. Thanks Linda!"

  • Great size for a BIG family!

"My family and I visited for Christmas. We had 3 married couples and my younger adult son, so we fit perfectly in the 3 bedroom single beds and 1 bedroom with bunkbed (sidebar--there's a PS3 in this room!). We actually could've fit another person. Therefore, I give 5 *****'s for comfort, and the 3 bathrooms, TV in every room and little washer & dryer, a definite PLUS! The home was very clean and they even had a Christmas tree in the closet that we set up! Very thoughtful of the owner:) The pool area was small for the number of guest staying at the resort, but very modern, clean and safe. The slide and lazy river were super cool! My husband and kids LOVED it! However, the reason for a 4 star review was due to a few things, nothing too major, but definitely worthy to be heard. When we arrived, the air was set at 76 degrees, yet it was 80-82 degree days. First night was sleepless. The next day maintenance came and lowered to 72 degrees (lowest allowable temp) but we were still very warm every single night. We would've lowered it ourselves the first night, but the temp control was in a locked plastic encasing. The fridge was very warm for more than half of our 7 day stay as well, it wasn't until a few days before leaving that drinks were poured without adding ice. Lastly was major...THE INTERNET! It was pretty bad:( I could barely check work emails on my macbook, I had to sit right next to the router/modem on the ground floor for service, which still didn't work at times. Forget about connecting on the second floor, you wont even get a single bar. Most of the household had to end up using their personal networks for service on phones and iPads. Thankfully, I was on vacation and not business as I would've had to reconsider my stay as I rely heavily on internet due to working remotely and not in an office. Kind of frustrating>| Overall, we had such a great time at Disney and Universal Studios and mainly just slept at the home, so it was comfy for our park to park hoping days:)"
