  • Lynda and A Cut Above Management is the best!

    "I cannot say enough about how wonderful Lynda and her staff at A Cut Above management company were to work with. I highly recommend using them. We booked through VRBO with A Cut Above, and the customer service they provided was absolutely incredible. Our flight came in early in the morning, and Lynda was kind enough to let us check in earlier than planned. Other members of our group trip (who had booked directly through the resort) could not get into their condos until almost 7PM! They had to stand in a long line for check in and then had to go back and stand in line again because the resort forgot to give them room keys. I could not find the wifi password in our condo, and Lynda sent one of her staff over to the condo within minutes to assist me in getting connected to the internet. We needed to stay an additional day, and Lynda accommodated us very graciously. Lynda was flexible and helpful in every way. I highly recommend using A Cut Above Management company if you are staying at Regal Palms. I am looking forward to returning again next year."

  • The condo was very nice and comfortable.

    "This property exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spacious enough for our family of 8. The house was clean and well kept. The only problem we had was with the dryer. Every load of laundry we did at least one piece of clothing got a burn mark on it from the dryer. Also I turned the dryer on timed drying one night and the dryer stayed on all night long which could have been bad. Other than the dryer, everything else was great about the property and exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay again!!"

  • GREAT time despite minor hiccups

    "This town home was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet in the house, and everything we could've needed was right there. The pool was GREAT! My two three year olds, my 15 month old, my husband, and I had such a blast hanging out there. That being said, there were a couple of things that were less than ideal. We were locked out of the property for about an hour (during our kids' nap time) because the batteries had died on the key pad on the door. When we called Lawrence (the property manager) he seemed to know that that was going to happen, but the problem was resolved and we decided to spend our time stuck out of the house in the arcade room- with no money because everything was in the home! After this, the ice maker was broken. This isn't a huge deal, but made things just a bit more inconvenient. Also, the jetted tub in the master bath had mold and mildew all through the jets. My husband and I ran a bleach solution in it for about an hour, but I didn't get in it after that. My husband did though, even with the small flecks of mold still coming out, and enjoyed it. We would definitely stay in this town home again, despite the minor things that went wrong. My kids loved it and kept calling it our "beautiful vacation home". Lawrence was difficult to get a hold of, but the owners of this unit obviously care very much and are very responsive. We truly loved this vacation"
