  • Townhouse in Regal Pams.

"The townhouse looked very much as depicted in the pictures. Furnishings, appliances, linens etc are starting to show wear and tear after years of rental. It was fairly clean although there were a few bumps in the road. Management company was ok. Owner lives in England but quick to respond to some of the issues we encountered. My husband and rented for Feb and March of 2016 to see if we'd like living in Florida. Townhouse met our basic needs. It might be fine for a week of vacation but not for the length of time we were there. Most of our displeasure with the rental came from the Regal Palms Resort which is a horrible place to stay. Little or no security, rentals by the night, rundown, and staff who just didn't care. $12.95 daily resort fee charged to everyone who stays, including owners. I would recommend this for a short stay with warnings of the Resort itself."

  • Worth every penny!!!

"We stayed at this condo for a week while we were in Orlando for our daughter's softball tournament. The condo is just as it is in the pictures. Stunning. The cabinets were stocked with dishes and kitchen appliances, there were plenty of towels, a full size washer and dryer and plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a nice retreat after a long hot day at the ballfields. They also had music, a bar, a sand volleyball court, lazy river and slide, as well as an onsite restaurant. Plenty to do, and the kids wanted to spend every available moment at the pool. There is also an arcade and an indoor playground. We weren't in the condo long enough to cook a meal, but the option was there if needed. Plenty of places to eat and shop close by as well. The location is perfect for Disney/Universal. We spent one day at the beach as well, with less than a 2 hour drive to the Gulf. We would stay in this same condo again without a doubt. Joe, the owner, was a pleasure to "work" with and responded to messages very quickly. No complaints from this family at all!! Just a tip, check in can be a bit tough on Saturdays, as all condos in the resort have a 4pm check in. We suggest arriving a little early and getting in line to complete paperwork to avoid the wait (same with check-out), or check in on a Sunday, if possible, as the line was not a long for that day."

  • Exceptional value

"My family and I stayed at the condo for 9 days. The condo was immaculate and had enough room for 10 of us to stay comfortably. The air conditioning and wifi worked great. The owners were a pleasure to work with, and were very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival. The ride to Disney was about 25 minutes, and about 35 minutes to Universal. The Publix at the end of the road has all you need. The only reason I did not give 5 stars were 1) the condo is about the farthest one from the pool area. In 100 degree weather we wish we would have been closer. 2) The pool area is extremely small, a bit deceiving from the online description. 3) The pots in the unit were very cheap (as can be expected) and every time we cooked something in them they tasted like plastic. I went down the road and bought a large sauce pan for $20 and brought it home with me. Other than that, all needed items were provided. Would stay again!"

  • Extremely Happy Family from Oakville!

"We just spent 6 days at this townhouse and will definitely go back, the place was perfect. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a powder room made getting ready in the morning very easy with 2 young girls. The gated community was very quiet, the pool and lazy river were an extra bonus. Very convenient location, about a 10 minute drive to Disney, not much farther to Universal, and a grocery store beside the gated community thats open until 10pm. Everything worked perfectly, and the AC kept us Canadians cool and comfy inside when it was over 100 Fahrenheit outside. We didn't want to leave, it felt like home! Bring your GPS from home to navigate around Orlando/Kissimmee, but use the directions provided by the management company to find the entrance to this gated community, as your GPS will likely route you to a locked gate entrance not in use. Do not hesitate to stay here, it was perfect."
