  • Great place to stay!

"I was very pleased with everything about this property. Great location, nice friendly quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants nearby, close to parks. Pool was heated and clean. Plenty of room to spread out, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We had an issue with a broken toilet seat and they came right out to repair it even though we had two other bathrooms we could use. I don't have one single complaint and I'm a very picky person!!!!"

  • Excellent!

"My adult children and I were traveling to Florida to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The house was beautiful and spotless. The pool was clean and appealing. The house was centrally located to shops, restaurants and, of course, Disney parks. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. I want to add that this trip occurred during Hurricane Matthew! Thank you so much!!"

  • Excellent Value!

"For only a few dollars more per night than a single, standard hotel room we considered a few miles away, we were able to stay in a seven-bedroom home (including five 'adult' bedrooms) and enjoy an enclosed, private pool and hot tub in a gated community a couple of miles from Disney! When we tell people at home about it, they cannot believe the value and some are even skeptical. The game room, living room, dining room and kitchen all got the job done. We had five couples and one child and we still had one bedroom completely unused. We did have to remember once or twice this is not a hotel. We had two minor issues and only one was resolved. We also had to do some minor cleaning upon arrival and had to remember to pick up a couple of extra items at the grocery store compared to a hotel stay. But these were so minor that it did not dampen the experience. Emerald Island is also terrific. Very secure, extremely quiet but yet just a few miles drive to the entire Kissimmee/Disney experience. But this property in in the back of the island, so there is virtually no traffic. Many people rode bikes and walked when we were there. This is even better than some of the properties because the back of the enclosed pool has a nice grassy area behind it instead of having another property's pool only a few feet away like some of the properties on the island do. The island does have a very short, but nice nature trail and the clubhouse has a nice little exercise room and tiki bar to go along with a shared pool."
