  • Perfect place for our family to stay for our Disney vacation!

"The home was perfect for our group of 16 to eat, sleep and be together when we were not at the Disney Parks. It is very close to Disney. It had so many fun things for our grandchildren to do including swimming, lazy river, pool table, table tennnis and much more. It allowed us to relax when we needed to just get away from the Orlando hustle and bustle."

  • Great option for larger families

"This property worked out well for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Full kitchen and normal size refrigerator for full meals or Kid’s essentials. The townhome was clean unless you looked under the beds, where the cleaning crew apparently fails to dust. The beds were reasonably comfortable (nothing sleeps as good as your own bed). There could have been a few more utensils in the kitchen, but that is common for vacation rentals. We had no issues, so cannot comment on customer service. Overall, a nice comfortable place. We would stay here again. Regal Palms Resort is a HUGE complex and appeared to be a mix of vacation rentals and full time residents. It is in a residential area instead of “hotel city”. There were many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so very convenient. During our week, it did not appear anywhere near full. This unit is in the back, so very quiet during our stay. It took a couple of minutes, (with no traffic) to get off the property, and an approximate 20 minute commute to Disney World. Not sure what the experience would be in peak season with many of the units rented. I could imagine a much longer wait at the gate to get off property and longer commute to Disney World. We did not use the pool, but it appears to be very nice. From this unit, it would be a 10 minute walk to the pool area, so if you plan to use the pool a lot, prepare to drive, or consider a unit near the front of the complex. A couple of budget items to consider: As mentioned in the Property Description, “PLEASE NOTE: Regal Palms charges a $11.95 resort fee per townhome (not per person) per day plus tax which is not included in our nightly rates below.” That fee is collected when you check-in. Parking at Disney is $20 per day, per car."
