  • Clean, Spacious Townhome

"We just got back from our stay and we were very pleased with the townhome. As soon as we walked in it smelled cleaned (and it was), it was nicely decorated. The house was equipped with everything you needed for your stay (although i recommend bring extra trash bags and toilet paper if staying for a long period; kitchen is fully equipped minus dish soap). The house was extremely spacious, we were a total of 7 staying there and we fit comfortably. The two rooms upstairs were really big and I wasn't expecting them to be that size. The only thing I wasn't too comfortable was that the "kids" (two twin beds) room was downstairs and it had a door that led to the outside, now I know my kids like to explore so I wasn't comfortable letting them sleep downstairs by themselves but my mother in law agreed to sleep down there with my nephew so it worked out great for us. My husband and I slept in the room with the king size bed, this bed was really hard and you could feel the bed springs on your back but we are not picky and still slept good. Overall, it was a great place to stay the resort was great, nice and quiet, the food there was actually very good we're definitely coming back next year! And Susan was great and she answered all my questions with quick replies! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay somewhere between Disney and Legoland."

  • A fantastic stay in a beautiful condo

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Disney. It is located about 15 minutes from the parks but the area is such a nice change from the busy international drive madness. The condo has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another room with 2 twin beds. Having 2 bathrooms was great as we were in a group of 4 adults. Staying at a hotel can be uncomfortable and expensive. This was such a nice change. The development is so pretty and peaceful. There are 2 pools a lake a playground. The condo had all the essentials for cooking etc. A nice screen porch allowed us to open the doors. There is a restaurant on site and a spa. The community is safe and gated which was great. The owners could not have been easier to deal with. Every question we had they responded immediately. We will definitely return next year."

  • Wonderful Experience! Great House! Super Clean! Well Furnished!

"WE loved our stay at this home! Gary answered all of my (very detailed) questions and ensured that our stay was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. On multiple occassions, he checked on us and he was super attentive to our needs. Our travel party included 4 adults and 3 children. The adult bedrooms were on opposite ends of the home than the children's rooms and game room which was nice for evenings after the children went to bed and for everyone to have space to spread out after a day of family togetherness. The soaking tub in the master bath was great especially after a long day at the parks. The master shower was huge and the king bed was super comfortable! Lots of great movie choices and PS2 consoles for the littles. Wifi is fast and we were able to stream Netflix without a problem. Pool was heated well and private. Easy access to WDW parks and every store/resturant imaginable close by. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again on our next visit to Orlando!"

  • Very clean and well taken care of vacation home.

"We stayed at this property with our 2 little kids (1 and almost 3) in January to go to Disney. We stayed for 7 days and I don't really have any complaints. It was very clean and very taken care of. The house had NO bugs and I specifically told my husband to make sure he rents a place with no bugs. The house we rented in November had a lot of bugs (roaches and ants) so I didn't want to deal with that again with 2 little kids. I don't know if it was the time of the year or the area or just they didn't clean the house, but this house was spotless and didn't even see a spider. Only thing I would have changed about the house is that they would have essentials there like salt and pepper. We travel a lot and it's annoying to have to buy everything for a house every time we stay somewhere. It's nice to at least have the essentials. And o am not sure if there was counter spray because I didn't look hard but that would have been nice because I do have small kids and they make messes. But it was an A+ in my book and we will rent it again if it available next time we want to go to Disney. My daughter loved the princess room and still talks about her other room with the princess walls and bedding."
