  • Outstanding house, perfect to have fun and relax.

"We rented this house last minute because we wanted to spend thanksgiving together as a family and the gorgeous house sprawling with beautiful decor, furniture and adventures to enjoy around every corner. We loved spending time cooking together in the enormous kitchen. We laughed and made tons of memories playing volleyball, basketball and racquetball in the basketball court inside the house, they also have a private pool and hot tub plus an incredible theater room. We never needed to leave, once the fridge was full we had everything we could of ever wanted and over the top amenities to make this the best vacation ever! We had a barbecue pool party and played games in the patio. This location had plenty of shopping & restaurants near by and its only 26 minutes to get to Disney parks but the house was so awesome that we decided not to go to the parks and enjoy playing in the house instead because we had everything we need to have fun. It was very clean and well-kept. Jenni helped me from my initial inquiry phone call, through the entire check-out process; awesome customer service and quick responses...thanks for all of your great help Jenni. We cannot wait to go back again to this incredible gem!"

  • Nice place to stay

"Overall, the house was worth the price of admission. As with most things in life, there are good things and bad things. The good: loved having a pool, BBQ, the master suites, and the rec room. The bad: not being able to control the thermostat, cheap rec room toys, small pool, slightly dark at night, traffic to and from the sites, the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been, remote control batteries were dead and there was no coffee maker as the pictures alluded to. Now, the details: The pictures on the ad didn't really do it any justice, in a bad way. I know as an owner you want to make your house look as appealing as possible. But the pictures really made it all look so big (especially the pool). When we got there, we were a bit disappointed in that the pool and house were smaller than what we saw in the pictures. The area in the pool that was more than 4ft deep was about 2'x2'. The rest of the pool was 3' deep. 4 adults and 3 kids was max capacity. If I had known this ahead of time, I might not have chosen this house as the pool was a big deal for us. The bathrooms seemed at first to be clean enough but if you looked closer, there was hair stuck in the drains, on the walls, in the sink, in the toilet, etc. Now I'm not going to call house keeping to come in to remove the hair. I just wiped it up and threw it in the trash. But I shouldn't have had to do that. Not being able to control the thermostat was very annoying. It was programmed to a level that was way higher than we liked. On the second day, it hit 80 degrees. However, the property managers were very courteous and prompt and continued to work the problem with us until it was solved later on day 2. The traffic on I-4 in the mornings and early evenings was horrible. This is not a dig on this house specifically but is a consideration for those that are seeking to visit the parks. There are no lights directly over the living room making it dark at night. One of the two basketball hoops on the pop a shot game broke on the first shot attempt and the air hockey puck would not stay on the table making it too frustrating to play. Again, the price was great for what was offered. The property management was terrific and the house was very quiet. Would I stay here again? Sure. I would consider it depending on availability in the area. None of the "bad" things were bad enough to dissuade me from considering it again."
