  • Nice condo. Close to Disney

"Overall we had a great 4 night stay. At check In we had to wait past 5pm as the cleaners were running late but we spent that time getting supplies and groceries. Everything was clean and condo easily handled our group of five adults and two children. Splash pool is great and main pool is short stroll. Would stay here again."

  • Not fancy - but roomy and comfortable!

"Recently stayed at the Indian Creek Treehouse with a large party of girls!! Sisters, daughters, nieces, granddaughters - it was a wonderful time! The house was well laid out and spacious enough for all of us. Indian Creek is a great location, close to lots of shopping, restaurants and to the theme parks. If you didn't stop at Dunkin' Donuts, you could probably be at the (parking lot) entrance at Magic Kingdom within 10-15 minutes; even less for the other Disney parks! This makes for an easy trip back in the heat of the day to enjoy the coolness of the villa and the lovely - very private - pool and spa. We paid for pool heating and in my opinion it was worth it. The pool stayed at a lovely warm, consistent temperature (probably too warm for some, but perfect for little ones and wimps (me!) - and the spa controls were uncomplicated and it heated up quickly to around 102-104 degrees. The neighborhood is nothing fancy but it's very quiet - a nice change from the busy park atmosphere! The villa was well equipped for little ones - two pack 'n plays in good shape; a small umbrella-type stroller and an older highchair. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but very basic; the decor is a little tired but overall - it was comfortable and functional! Would recommend if you're not a fussy traveler."

  • We didn't want to leave!

"The Condo was just as pictured on the site. Rooms were spacious, The beds were comfortable, The surrounding view was gorgeous. The first night we stayed, we were able to view Fireworks from the Balconies, which was a wonderful surprise. Everything was in close distance. Disney Parks were 15-20 minutes away. Lots of places to eat/shop nearby. The condo was well stocked with most everything you needed, small things like extra toilet paper, soap, ect. you have to provide yourself which was no biggie. A quick trip to Publix and Target was all that was needed. The Pool areas stay open until 11pm which was great for the kids to enjoy after a day at the parks. We ended up staying an extra night and wished we could have stayed even longer. Priscilla was great to work with and answered any questions promptly. Our stay was fantastic. You won't be disappointed."

  • a wonderful find!!

"I searched for many hours before finding this house and it was absolutely worth the effort! The #1 thing I loved is Helen -- she is a total delight. Responsive, thoughtful - she clearly wants you to have a great stay in her home. The house is really roomy and comfortable, and very clean. With Helen's permission, we hosted 36 adults at a family reunion one day and it did not feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and basic cooking equipment, in addition to 2 coffee makers, a blender, microwave, toaster and toaster oven. Icemaker did not work, but if you buy a bag of ice and fill it, the dispenser on the door works fine. We enjoyed the BBQ grill (we did have to buy propane) Washer and dryer came in handy. Lots of towels available for use. The outdoor seating area is large and comfortable. The covered lanai is large and completely protected from rain and direct sunlight. The pool is not large, but was fine for 5 "floating around" adults -- we definitely enjoyed it in the early mornings and it is quite private except on one side. The young adults in our group loved the pool table. Indoor furnishings show some wear, but that actually made us more comfortable -- it felt like we were at home! Several of the beds have pillowtop mattresses which were very comfortable (but caution with elderly visitors as they are very high). Bed linens were good quality. We did have some issues with car parking for our guests, but resolved satisfactorily after a few calls to the security desk and for most renters, this would not be an issue. The resort itself is very nice and well maintained. Easy drive to Magic Kingdom - about 15 mins each way, so easy drop off/pick up when the older members of our party were too tired to spend the entire day at the park. Received my full security deposit back within a week. Everyone who attended the reunion thought the house was perfect -- all 36 of us would definitely recommend this house!!"
