  • Lovely house - well located for the parks

"This is a lovely house, very well located for the parks (very close to Disney). The House is clean (although the floors could use a mop). The main bedroom is nice and large with a good shower. There is a nice upstairs lounge area next to the other 2 bedrooms. The pool area and pool were great for resting on non Park days with the jacuzzi being a great way to finish the day. There are 2 sun bed loungers, although given the size of the house would have thought 4 would be more appropriate. The neighborhood seems fine with handy Walmart and Publix supermarkets within 3 miles. In conclusion, would definitely recommend - it has everything you need for a great stay."

  • I really enjoyed the house and it worked out good even though it was suppose to be a three bedroom

"I thought it was a three bedroom but it was a two bedroom with a loft area with bunk beds in it that was the only disappointment but of course some people backed out so it worked out great"

  • Nice area and close to the Disney parks!

"Our family really enjoyed staying in this home. The home was about 10 miles or less to the Disney parks. Patti was quick in responding to any questions we had."

  • Nice Place

"Let me begin by saying that Rick has a lovely vacation home. The house is spacious and well-supplied, except for a lack of teaspoons. We found it very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The price was reasonable and my security deposit was returned very promptly. I would love to give it a 5-star rating but I am afraid that is reserved for perfection, and our stay at Rick’s was not perfect. For one thing we were not warned that there is a landing about two steps after you enter the house with a drop of about six inches. I was the first to enter, did not see the drop and fell on my face, hitting my head on one of the heavy iron chairs at the dining room table located close to the entrance. Fortunately, I think I suffered only a minor concussion, a bloody ear and slight bruise to my abdominal wall. I think some warning, or perhaps something to indicate the edge of the landing, would be most helpful. We were also not told that we were expected to remove and replace the pool cover every time we used the pool. Not a big deal, but the listing says the home is “suitable for the elderly and infirm.” We are not infirm, but we are all in our seventies and removing and replacing the pool cover was a pain. There were no instructions about operating the TV so turning it off and on and changing the channels was always an adventure. Add to this the fact that there was no DVD player, and we brought along some old movies we hoped to watch. But in fairness there was no mention of a DVD player in the listing. Although it’s not a house-related point, there was a dog in the neighborhood that was constantly barking – sometimes all day and all night. It’s certainly not your fault and a doubt there is anything you can do about it, but it was a major annoyance. All this lessened our enjoyment of this otherwise lovely home."
