                                                                                                      The villa is comfortably one of the best we have stayed in and easily the best from lake Berkley in Kissimmee. It was clean, homely and full of everything you need. The games room had everything for kids and adults, plus we had no need to take our own beach towels!! The house has a homely feel unlike any other we have stayed in, it isn't simply a rental villa it was someone's home, it made you want to look after it. The pool was great and again we had everything we needed, it's the first time we haven't needed to go to Walmart and buy lots of stuff. Shopping and restaurants are so close it's great. We stayed for 3 weeks, so as you would expect there will always be issues. We were lucky we only had 2, the first was caused by a circuit break in the pool heating, the second was the automatic door lock not working. What everyone always wants to know is how quickly they are fixed and I can give confidence to everyone by saying they were fixed in minutes, not hours or days like some management companies! The owners are absolutely fantastic and looked after us before and during our stay. We really want to return next year all being well, book with confidence and enjoy.

                                                                                                      First time using a home instead of Hotel. Home was VERY much better and less expensive.

                                                                                                      Having never spent a vacation in a home before this was quite an experience, a very good experience. There was an enclosed pool on back poach, pool table, ping pong table with ratchets & balls, large gas grill, in the garage. 4 bedroom, 2 bath washer & dryer and it cost about half what a hotel would cost. Next vacation you guess where we will stay.
