  • Filled our needs, cost was fair.

"The house was easy to find. Upon arrival the electricity went out. Called 2 of the 3 phone numbers provided and did get someone who I assume is a house manager. She was pleasant and informed me the entire neighborhood had an issue. The puzzling part was she had no idea I was suppose to be there, but I did show her my info and confirmation. She then checked things out and turned on the air conditioning. Also commented that if she knew we were arriving the carpets would have been cleaner; they were spotty, and the trash would've been taKen out. I was shown how to turn on the pool lights but not how to heat the pool. One of the bedrooms tv did not work, but we didn't try the others upstairs. Downstairs, the tv remote didn't work very well and when searching you could only go up, not down. Odd and frustrating. The WiFi wasn't secure, from what I was told, guests would change the password, so we didn't use it since there was no security. We only stayed the weekend Fri - Sun but I did cook in the kitchen. The door handle to the oven was not secure on one side and there was a sugar ant issue. We took the trash bags we made with us, and ran the dishwasher. Tried to not make it very much work for whom ever. We'd not rule this home out for our trip in January 2017 but it's location was more difficult than I precieved. We paid lots of $ in tolls but also didn't have to sit at red lights.... Publix is close by, which was nice. Also a CVS, if needed. The neighborhood has a guard at night who will writ down your plate, which is fine. But during the day anyone can come and go. A school is at the entrance of the neighborhood but doesnt effect your entry like I thought it might."

  • Incredible Holiday Villa

"We stayed here in September 2016 & we were absolutely delighted with the villa. Fabulous location to for all the tourist locations, local supermarket just a few minutes away. The property had everything you could wish for, games room, private pool and large bedrooms! It is extremely clean and well looked after. We will definitely be renting this Villa again soon."

  • WONDERFUL HOME. We would stay here again!

"Our group came to Central Florida to volunteer at Give Kids the World. The house was great for our group. It looked like something from a magazine when we arrived with the dining room table set and ready for entertaining. And to pool was cobalt blue with lots of chairs around it. We enjoyed the pool and cooking / eating together. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit, eat together, relax, have fun and / or just unwind. We found plenty of dishes, cookware and towels to meet our needs. We enjoyed the view over the lake, the water fowl that came to visit and the amazing double rainbow. We appreciated the reminder notes to not sit on the leather furniture with damp clothes, towels or hair. We suggest that you include instructions on how to operate the TV / AV equipment in the family room. With a TV, DVD Player and Cable box and 3 remotes, there is undoubtedly a sequence or particular input buttons that should have been push to get the TV to work. But we weren't there to watch TV, so we didn't call for instructions when the DVD player wouldn't display or when the cable kept coming up "No Signal." However, it would have been nice to have instructions included in the notebook or with that TV so we could have watched a movie if we were at the house more. FYI ~ The TV's in the bedrooms worked fine. The pool table was a BIG HIT and we all found time to play a game or more. No one complained that the ping pong table was not set up and I saw the table top and a single paddle in the garage. I appreciated that we could park in the garage, but had actually expected the garage to be set up as a "Game Room" bases upon the online description. There were lots of pool / beach toys and even an extra patio table in the garage. Our group was older, but I noticed that the high chair, strollers and items for younger children were in good condition. The Master Bedroom is enormous and has a spacious bathroom. The other rooms had plenty of closet space for clothes and luggage so the rooms did NOT feel cramped. FYI ~ The Playstation did not have a memory card, so some of the games couldn't be saved or enjoyed to the fullest. There were NO complainants about our accommodations from our group. The home is fairly close to Publix, gas stations, and restaurants as well as to the entrance to the Florida Turnpike. That made getting around the area and traveling to the coasts very easy. We would DEFINATELY come again. Thank You for sharing your home!"

  • Instantly feel at home

"My wife and I recently stayed in this home for a month. The property is in great shape and is clean and tidy. Open concept with high pitched ceilings give a spacious effect. If you are hosting another couple, this house has 2 master bedrooms with ensuites. There are 2 other rooms that sleep 2 in each room and they share a Jack and Jill bathroom. We loved the pool area. There is a large pond behind the house that hosts jumping fish, various bird species and a couple of alligators. Don't worry- the gators keep to themselves. We felt at home right away. The neighborhood is quiet, day and night. There is a convenience store nearby, and major shopping is within a mile of the subdivision. We find central Florida to be a great place to stay because most attractions are easily reachable. It's about 25 minutes to Disney or Universal and about 75 minutes to Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach. This house is minutes from accessing Florida's Turnpike (your go-to highway for north-south travels) and the turnpike leads to Interstate 4 (your east-west road). Access to the airport is easy if you use the south access road- no tolls and less traffic. The Remington Golf Course is very nice, but a challenge. Some long holes. Great for real golfers. Pretty decent food at the clubhouse and the club pro I talked to was very friendly and accommodating. This rental is highly recommended. We loved it there."
