  • WONDERFUL HOME. We would stay here again!

"Our group came to Central Florida to volunteer at Give Kids the World. The house was great for our group. It looked like something from a magazine when we arrived with the dining room table set and ready for entertaining. And to pool was cobalt blue with lots of chairs around it. We enjoyed the pool and cooking / eating together. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit, eat together, relax, have fun and / or just unwind. We found plenty of dishes, cookware and towels to meet our needs. We enjoyed the view over the lake, the water fowl that came to visit and the amazing double rainbow. We appreciated the reminder notes to not sit on the leather furniture with damp clothes, towels or hair. We suggest that you include instructions on how to operate the TV / AV equipment in the family room. With a TV, DVD Player and Cable box and 3 remotes, there is undoubtedly a sequence or particular input buttons that should have been push to get the TV to work. But we weren't there to watch TV, so we didn't call for instructions when the DVD player wouldn't display or when the cable kept coming up "No Signal." However, it would have been nice to have instructions included in the notebook or with that TV so we could have watched a movie if we were at the house more. FYI ~ The TV's in the bedrooms worked fine. The pool table was a BIG HIT and we all found time to play a game or more. No one complained that the ping pong table was not set up and I saw the table top and a single paddle in the garage. I appreciated that we could park in the garage, but had actually expected the garage to be set up as a "Game Room" bases upon the online description. There were lots of pool / beach toys and even an extra patio table in the garage. Our group was older, but I noticed that the high chair, strollers and items for younger children were in good condition. The Master Bedroom is enormous and has a spacious bathroom. The other rooms had plenty of closet space for clothes and luggage so the rooms did NOT feel cramped. FYI ~ The Playstation did not have a memory card, so some of the games couldn't be saved or enjoyed to the fullest. There were NO complainants about our accommodations from our group. The home is fairly close to Publix, gas stations, and restaurants as well as to the entrance to the Florida Turnpike. That made getting around the area and traveling to the coasts very easy. We would DEFINATELY come again. Thank You for sharing your home!"

  • First Disney Trip

"This was our first trip to the USA, organised relatively last minute. From the moment I contacted Abbey he couldn't be more helpful, he even called us during the holiday to ensure we were having a good time. The pictures don't do the villa justice all rooms are much bigger than they appear plenty of room for 10 people easily (we were 5). The pool is much larger and deeper than we expected our 10 year old was doing lengths easily and loving it. The community itself has a small shop on the main road and Publix is 5 mins away on the 192, this highway also has a range of shops and restaurants as you travel to the parks. I too wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa. It has everything you need for a great stay doing the parks or just relaxing If you are travelling to the parks and have a Sat Nav, always select avoid tolls as the toll roads make the journey longer"

  • Another wonderful stay at this "Magical" home

"This was our second stay in this exceptionally clean, comfortable home. This time we were accompanied by my mother and sister's family and they were equally enamored by the home, property and hospitality of Jim, Lorraine and Sue. Everything you need is at your fingertips. We had a couple of issues to bring to Jim's attention while staying and the response was pretty much immediate. Both Jim and his sister Sue responded to ensure a very, very minor issue was addressed(t.v service) and both followed up to ensure we were satisfied and nothing interfered with our comfort and satisfaction. I have never experienced such an attentive level of service in any hotel or rental stay. The home if anything has improved since our last stay in 2013. The care and continued investment into the home by Jim and Lorraine shines through. We certainly hope to return again. Thanks Deneice and Ken Noftall"

  • Instantly feel at home

"My wife and I recently stayed in this home for a month. The property is in great shape and is clean and tidy. Open concept with high pitched ceilings give a spacious effect. If you are hosting another couple, this house has 2 master bedrooms with ensuites. There are 2 other rooms that sleep 2 in each room and they share a Jack and Jill bathroom. We loved the pool area. There is a large pond behind the house that hosts jumping fish, various bird species and a couple of alligators. Don't worry- the gators keep to themselves. We felt at home right away. The neighborhood is quiet, day and night. There is a convenience store nearby, and major shopping is within a mile of the subdivision. We find central Florida to be a great place to stay because most attractions are easily reachable. It's about 25 minutes to Disney or Universal and about 75 minutes to Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach. This house is minutes from accessing Florida's Turnpike (your go-to highway for north-south travels) and the turnpike leads to Interstate 4 (your east-west road). Access to the airport is easy if you use the south access road- no tolls and less traffic. The Remington Golf Course is very nice, but a challenge. Some long holes. Great for real golfers. Pretty decent food at the clubhouse and the club pro I talked to was very friendly and accommodating. This rental is highly recommended. We loved it there."
