"This house had so much space and storage. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return and stay in this same house! The game room was a nice bonus, our family loved it! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!"

  • Overall the property is very nice! All that is needed is a little elbow grease from the cleaning cre

"We had a few some glitches when we first arrived. Getting hold of the owner the problems were fixed as quickly as possible. We had a great time and was in a nice quiet area, but not far from resteraunts or groceries. Only thing lacking is just a little more work from the cleaning crew. The house wasn't dirty but just smudges on the walls throughout. Tile floors in kitchen and leading to pool needed some elbow grease. Would have gave 5 stars with those few things taken care. Great place good stay will be back."

  • Group of 14- 7 adults and 7 kids

"This is a beautiful home, close to Disney. It took ten minutes perhaps to get to the Disney Magic Kingdom parking. Just to let you know though, traffic in Orlando is CRAZY, leave an extra thirty minutes early if you are going anywhere. Kitchen: beautiful and appliances work well (other than one side of the toaster). There is no griddle though, which made it hard to make large breakfasts for the group. The seating is great for large groups. Bathrooms: were beautiful and modern. Bedrooms: Three king beds were great, the last dipped badly in middle. The sofa bed was horrible. It is just springs. Really uncomfortable. Twin beds were good. Roll-away's: We only found one rollaway, even though the description said there were two. My 13 year old had to sleep with his grandma. He didn’t like that. Pool and Patio: I am so glad we paid for the heated pool. Even though it was REALLY small. The kids were in it all the time. The community pool is frigid. ALSO, The grill works well. Internet and phone: Internet was pretty slow. My husband is an IT expert and was driven insane by it. We even had everyone quit his or her devices so we could stream a movie off of Netflix. It buffered through the whole thing. We finally gave up. AND guess what. None of us got any cell service at all! We had to leave the house to get even 1 bar. We almost all have Verizon, so maybe other providers are better. But one of us got a massage while there, and the masseuse couldn’t even get cell service. But the telephone in the house works well and we had to use it, because none of us had coverage. Utilities: Washer works great. Dryer takes forever. Two cycles to get things dry. House stayed cool and warm well. Game Room: The pool table needs new sticks. The pool sticks have no tips to them. The Wii worked well. We brought our own games as well and replaced the batteries in the joysticks because they were dead. The community area: Really nice area. Movie theater showed good movies. The Pool was frigid, but Jacuzzi was great. The people that work there were great. Sand volleyball court was beautiful. There is a cabana that serves drinks and food near the pool. There a couple maintenance issues, but overall a nice house. The only thing that we didn’t really enjoy was the amount of Spring Breakers there. There were tons of males 18-21 there. We also got our new truck egged in the middle of the night. We had to get a car wash before we drove home to the mid west."
