"House is roomy enough for a group of eight and could easily accommodate 10. Ideal for two families with the separate living quarters and multitude of entertainment options for kids.
Master bedroom is huge with an in-suite bathroom. Then a two-twin bedroom outside it off the living room - will work best for kids that don't need mom and dad right there. There is a separate area with a medium-sized queen bedroom, two twin bedroom, and bathroom. Ideal area for a family that wants to be close together. Finally, a queen on the other side of the house for the teenager or whoever just wants to be farther away from the group.
The pool was awesome. I mean, AWESOME. Deep enough on one side to jump in, but shallow enough with steps for kids that can't swim as well. Nice patio with a covered porch area for when it rains.
Used the grill once and it was fine. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans. Nice open dining room with a huge table that leads into the pool table area. The garage is basically a big game room, and also has the pool toys. Bonus note - there were three strollers there in the garage. Would have left ours home if I'd seen that.
Laundry machines were electric and a little slow, but worked well.
The living room was smallish compared to the rest of the house, but had enough room in conjunction with the open dining area for relaxing.
Nice property in good shape. Decent neighborhood made of both residential and vacation homes.
Disney is a solid 30-35 minutes away, depending on traffic, though you aren't forced into taking the busy I4, which is nice. The house is not far from the main roads that take you north to the park. Dining and grocery aren't too far, but not exactly close, depending on what you're used to. 15 minutes at least to Publix.
In all, it served our needs perfectly and we'd definitely come back. The pool and layout made it a great place to hang out when we weren't exploring the parks."
