  • Perfectly fine

"My family stayed here for a week in may of this year. The reviews all were extremely positive so I had high hopes! I will say this house was very clean when we arrived. What we first noticed is that the pictures of this place were taken a few years ago as the home shows a bit of wear and tear. For one, the vertical blinds in the living room just kept falling off, and the blinds in one room upstairs were missing blinds, we had to put towels over the windows. The pool alarm was non existent, even though it's apparently a law to have it?? And the screen enclosing the pool had holes and rips in it in different places. This house just needs a little updating. I will also add onto the last review that this house is salt, pepper, other things you'd think would be leftover from the previous guests. They also want you to start a load of wash with the Towels in it before you keave, yet do not even leave you a starter pack of detergent or anything...strange. But overall it did its job, the location to everything was nice."

  • Great price! Clean condo!

"We have rented many properties in the Kissimmee area, but this was our first visit to Windsor Hills AND our first condo. As we were travelling with only one of our children, we didn't need an entire rental house this time. I was very happy with our rental! The unit is on the 3rd floor, and is located at the top of the staircase. It was easy to access by stairs or by elevator. The keyless entry was so easy to use. The condo building itself was very clean. The main living area is just as pictured - bright and cheerful with newer flooring and fresh paint. The bedrooms were also nicely done with newer floors and pleasant decor. The bathrooms and kitchen could use a little updating - the floor show considerable wear and one vanity was damaged (we called the management company to report the damage, and they were very nice when receiving our call). However, despite it being time for some upgrades to those areas, they (as well as the rest of the condo) were very clean. We made use of the in-condo laundry facility several times, which meant we could pack fewer things and avoid airline charges for baggage! The full kitchen easily accommodated eating breakfast at "home" before heading to the parks. The mattress in the master bedroom is VERY firm, which is not my preference (but I was so tired at the end of the night that I had no trouble sleeping). Windsor Hills is very convenient to all the 192 shops and restaurants, and very close to the main Disney access roads. Having stayed in other subdivisions, it was so nice to be one of the first exits on 192 when coming home at night! I highly recommend this condo for a couple or small family. It was the perfect stay for our group of 3. If we ever have a small party for an Orlando trip, I will certainly look to rebook. Thank you!"

  • Fabulous house, outstanding owners

"We stayed at this fabulous house for 2.5 weeks in June/July 2016. This was our second stay at the Windsor Hills resort community, and was our best experience by far. We are a family of four with two young children. The gated Windsor Hills community is fantastic. It is just minutes away from the Disney Parks, Target, Publix, shopping and restaurants, and several major freeways. The house is extremely well-equipped. We appreciated the fantastic amenities, upgraded kitchen appliances, a separate heated hot tub which we used every day even in 90+ degree heat, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms and even both master bathrooms and the kitchen! The house is super clean and is stocked with several days worth of basic supplies (such as hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning items, etc.), which many homeowners in this community do not provide. The beds are plush and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you could need to cook large meals and host a large dinner party. For the kids/babies, we found strollers, pack-in-plays, high chairs, bed rails, a step stool, beach buckets, and foam noodles and water toys for the pool. There is a large wheeled cooler which came in very handy for those trips to the beaches. The converted garage has a pool table, foosball table, and several sets of golf clubs. The pool is perfect for younger kids with a shallow end and steps. We had the pleasure to meet the owners, Bill and Ellen (who were vacationing themselves in Orlando) when they stopped by to say hello. They are superb and very honorable! They were incredibly courteous and accommodating to all of our needs. We had asked to purchase a rice-cooker for the house, and they immediately welcomed the suggestion and refunded us. We would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay at this house again! Thank you!"
