"While my family stayed here we were pleased with the overall condition and quality of the equipment provided and nothing untoward occurred during our stay. The location was good and faced south. The management of the property was good, reliable and prompt. We have previously rented properties in this area and this was the best of the three we rented. The club is also good and an asset. The welcome pack was also a welcome addition and not expected. The location is great for getting to the Disney parks. The only downside was the pool was a little smaller than we expected for a seven bed villa but we would have booked even if we had realized. PS good BBQ and the gas spare bottle provided was appreciated"

  • Great Value & Service, Rude/Poorly Trained Security Gate Personnel

"We really enjoyed our stay. A new management company had recently taken over, and "Jim" was by a few times to check on the pool and to make sure everything was working as it should. He was very conscientious and truly cared about making sure we were looked after. Thanks Jim! The house was very nice, clean, and well-appointed. It's true - you have a great view of the nightly Disney fireworks too from the pool deck - a very enjoyable nightly feature! One Complaint: the Security Staff of this gated community. (Hardly the fault of the house owner, but worthy of note nonetheless.) Our two families shared this home, and our parking passes were dated for the wrong date when we checked in. (Each of us given a separate date that didn't match our check-out date. As a matter of fact, mine was dated for the "Check-In" date. This should have been an easy fix. The lady security guard on March 18th was....very off. Bordering on hostile. We showed her our cards and she went into a litany of excuses and just generally ranted. We told her we just needed corrected passes, that's all. She then tells us we have to line up behind the line of 12+ cars who were checking in. (We were on foot, and she told us that we were being rude to cut the line.) We then observed another older gentleman getting grief by her tall male colleague who was telling a kindly older gentleman that the reason his parking pass didn't work was because the owners of the house he rented said to not let him in. This guard really let this nice man have an earful. The guest then informed him that they had made an error on his guest parking pass too: it had the wrong address. They had chewed out the wrong guy. Clearly, the company running the Security Gate needs to be contacted and their processes improved and their staff properly trained. It's vacation - all you have to do is be nice. Accuracy is good too, but entirely forgivable if you're being nice. Gate Personnel aside, this is a lovely home in a lovely area. The common pool area was nice too and very enjoyable. I wouldn't return because of the Gate Staff, but if you're considering this home for a rental, I say go ahead! Hopefully, the owner of the house will read this, talk to the Company Running the Gate Security, and see that the situation is addressed for the enjoyment of all future guests."

  • fantastic property, the whole fanily had a wonderful time here spacious , comfortable ,relaxing

"My first time staying here and hope to be back again.our kids loved the games room and pool areas.great space throughout the villa compared with staying in a hotel room. Two minutes up the road to 192 where you can find plenty of restaurants to choose from.the only complaint i have is that we did not come for long enough"
