  • Wonderful family home

"We had a wonderful time as a family in this home. The home is relatively new and in good condition. There are some normal wear and tear items throughout the home. Maintenance and cleanliness were general and acceptable. It would have been nice to know in advance that there were no paper towels, dish soap or coffee filters. We called maintenance for some small issues and they responded in a timely manner. Light bulb and batteries needed replacing and pool sticks were found broken. My only disappointment would be having to make too many stops before actually arriving at the home. You must visit the management company to get the key codes and register. If you arrive after 5 PM, you must return again the following work day. Once you arrive to the resort area, you must register with the guarded gate attendant. After that, you go to the community center to get your parking permits. This was not what I was expecting after a long day of travel. My suggestion is to leave aside a full day of your vacation to take care of what’s necessary to register and review the home for any essentials or maintenance issues you may encounter. I would recommend this home. It is in a lovely community of homes with a recreation center, gym, community pool, playground and small general store where you can even purchase meals. All the homes have pools and the grounds are well kept. You are within driving distance and relatively close to theme parks, restaurants, and shopping areas."

  • Glamping at its finest!

"I'd like to start by saying that communication with the owner is excellent. She was available for any question that we had about the property and gave excellent suggestions on what to do in the area. The tiny house is adorably eclectic. It has all of the conveniences of home...but in a smaller setting. Lake Marianna is a beautiful setting for a calm vacay away from home. Canoeing on the lake is so peaceful. Then take your wine and glasses out next to the fire pit for an evening under the stars and light waves crashing near you. Definitely a must for your bucket list! We had an enjoyable time and will definitely do it again!"

  • Great house & great location!

"This house was perfect for me, my 2 sons & their families. It was clean & there was lots of room for us to spread out. It was nice having 2 living areas where one tv could be on the Mickey channel the whole time :). My 4-yr old grandson kept wanting to go back to our "big house". Will book here again if we have the chance to take another family vacation. Shawna is great to work with & responds very quickly when called with any questions, which was a major plus with me."

  • Great house for a big family

"Very nice large house. Good for a large family or two families of 5 or 6 people each. If you plan to be there in January of February I would recommend having the pool heated. Two good spaces to hang out in the house plus the nice screened in patio. There are several places to buy food (restaurants and grocery stores) within 10-15 minutes. Owners are very easy to get a hold of in case you have questions."
