  • Beautiful Home

"My wife and I stayed at this home during the month of April, 2016. The home is wonderful - well decorated with all of the amenities including a beautiful TV in the family room area. Karen, the owner, is great to deal with and is always available to help with any questions or issues. Probably our favorite feature was the lanai overlooking the golf course. Whether is was my wife having coffee and reading the paper in the morning, or sharing happy hour drinks with friends, it was a 'happy place' for us. The 4 seater golf car is a great way to take in The Villages with the Lake Sumter village square about 15 minutes away. Our trip to The Villages was made special by this home and we hope to return in the future!"

  • Felt like home...

"After staying here for the week, I will never stay in a hotel again. This place is beautiful. It has everything you need. If you are hot, go inside . If you are chilly, sit in the Lanai that is surrounded with big Windows that all open and allow warm air to blow thru and screened in from the bugs. The lanai also has a fireplace to keep you warm( electronic) Honestly spent most of my time sitting in there even on hot days. The owner is super friendly and if you need to take a walk, just walk down a block or two to the little pond on the golf course, you will get a greeting and a swim by just checking in who came to visit by the little alligator we visited him everyday. That made me smile every time he came swimming out of his corner . This property is wonderfully landscaped I all around but the back gives you total privacy and there are bird feeders and wind chimes. I will be back again and again... THANK YOU FOR THIS AWESOME EXPERIENCE..."

  • Great fenced in area for pets

"This villa is centrally located and is blocks from one of many pools. Weather was hot so walking was limited to the a.m. hours but you certainly could get around in your golf cart which was provided with your stay. We were only a few miles to Sumpter Landing and Spanish Springs with its many restaurants, shops, and music. We especially liked the fenced in back yard and the kitchen counter where we ate most of our meals when we were home. The lanai was also nice to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine."

  • Exactly what we wanted

"House has a great layout with a master suite on one side of the house and two bedrooms and bath on the other side. In the middle is an open kitchen, dining and living room area. The large screened porch has an open view of the adjacent golf course. Night ready four seat electric golf cart, two bicycles and two sets of golf clubs in the two car garage. Everything was very neat and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. TV in master bedroom and large flat screen TV in the living room. Easy golf cart ride to one family and two adult pools. Easy golf cart ride to three executive and two championship golf courses. You can also ride the cart to either Spanish Spring or Sumter Landing. Great location!"
