  • Best Vacation Home Ever!!!!!!!

"This house was fabulous! My husband and I have four children, four son/daughter- in-laws and six grandchildren. All sixteen of us fit comfortably in this beautiful home. All of the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The furniture was comfortable with plenty of room for our large group. Kitchen well equipped with anything you might need to either cook a big meal or just quick on the go meals. All appliances, including washer and dryer, were new and modern. Coffee maker stopped working on third day and property manager was sent a text and new one within an hour. Kids loved the Star Wars room, Nemo room and Princess room. Theater/game room great space for kids. We had 6 month old baby. Stroller, 2 pack-n-play cribs, highchair and booster seat available. Everyone also enjoyed the Mickey Mouse screened- in pool shaped like Mickey's head with one ear a baby pool and one ear a hot tub. Heidi offered directions for shopping, health care issues , and short cuts to parks. Would definitely recommend this home to everyone and would return to this home again. Thanks so much for a vacation our family will never forget!!!!."

"My family have stayed in Formosa Gardens many times, this is the first home, we have actually stayed in twice. Our choice, this second time around was 100% correct, often with these rental homes, there can be niggly things, that annoy you, but not in this one, the first time we stayed we had such a great time and everything was absolutely perfect, the second time was exactly the same. We have now booked our third stay with Mike for 2017. A big thank you, to Mike and his staff in Orlando, I know they will not let us down."

  • Large space, cozy feel!

"What a great spot! We were very happy with the space of this resort property as we were travelling with our two university age children. Having three queen beds was excellent, there aren't many places that have that as an option. Although our original booking was under renovation when we arrived (those darn contractors) the alternative spot turned out to be the same layout with a different décor and we did manage to move into our original spot during our stay without any fuss. The kitchen was equipped well enough to make meals when we weren't too tired from playing at the parks all day and it was great to have the option. The resort area is quiet and well away from the freeway so we didn't notice any traffic noise but still has great access to Universal Studios (about 10 minutes) and Walt Disney World (15 to 20) without going out on the freeway. International Drive is also super close and easy to get to (and Sea World) with lots of shopping and dining options. Toll Highway access is reasonable with the drive to Cocoa Beach being a reasonable distance. I would recommend attending the Cocoa Village Theatre if you're a fan of Broadway and stage shows, we had an opportunity to see "In the Heights" and it was top notch with a very low price. The resort is also located on a lake and it was fun to watch the water fowl in the mornings as they flew around hunting. Gayle was super excellent to deal with and very helpful with tips and information and also keeping us up to date on the renovations. We highly recommend this resort and bookings through Gayle and will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes our way. Len Gatey Ladysmith, British Columbia"

  • Truly a home away from home

"From the beginning Lesley talked me thru the rental process and what to expect. We have stayed at homes before claiming to be homes away from homes And they had no sheets on the beds or silverware/cookware to prepare food. This was a pleasure. The pool was well kept the house was immaculate I would recommend this house to anyone looking to be comfortable during their vacation!! Family owned and operated, which live local in case we needed anything!! Can't get better than that!"
