"First, let me start this with the positives. The house is in a great location, gated community, close to everything from the parks to the food stores and shopping and a quiet neighborhood. The owner May was responsive and helpful to any emails I sent during our stay. While we enjoyed our stay at the house the pictures that are listed here are not an actual depiction of what is actually in the house anymore. The flower couch in the living room is gone, the master bedroom on the right doesn't have both lamps and the room was very dark (the small ceiling light really didn't provide ample lighting to see well in the room), none of the bedrooms had carpeting, the kitchen table is a different one, the pool table is different and the air hockey table didn't work, the ping pong table had broken (half eaten atleast that's what they looked like) paddles. There was a broken light switch in the game room area that should also be addressed because that would be dangerous if a small child were to stick their finger in there. The pool area only had one lounge chair and some of the chairs around the table were either broken or breaking. A new set would be nice and possibly another lounger. The pool also had a hole in the hot tub that you could literally reach into and feel sand. The pool maintenance company had to come out and service the pool while we were there because the filter stopped working. They also told us that the pool was being resurfaced in September which is good because it really could use it. The washer in the laundry room had a broken start button so in order to use it you had to push your finger into a open hole and pray that you didn't get electrocuted. I did report this to May as well. The garbage was another issue. When we arrived there were supposed to be outside two large black garbage bins and a recycle bin. There was only one large black garbage bin and that was full of garbage to the point that we couldn't put anything into it. It also had a broken wheel which made it difficult to pull down to the curb on Wednesday night. While May tried to get management to come and empty the garbage that never happened and we had to deal with that until the garbage pick-up day. During our stay the management of the property actually changed so maybe that’s why? The perks for staying at the house was the size and space for everyone that was there. This house needs a few updates to make it the beautiful place it once was but I would recommend it."

  • Great family place to stay during our trip to Walt Disney World

"Pleasant, clean, functional condo. Perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms so kids and parents have a quiet night sleep. Kitchen for cooking meals - not out to dinner every night. 2 bathrooms - great convenience. This sure beats hotel rooms."

  • Great location! Clean & Spacious

"We just returned from our annual stay in Orlando. We really enjoy the location of Vista Cay condos since they're so close to Universal Studios, Aquatica & SeaWorld. This place did not disappoint! Its so nice to come back to a spacious condo after a full day of amusement parks where everyone has their own space to de-stress rather than crawling over each other in a cramped hotel room. Publix is within walking distance and there is a Walmart only 5 minutes ago. We had a problem with the router for internet service but Frank was easy to get ahold of and it was fixed the next day."
