  • Wonderful time!!

"The house was perfect for our family, it has a lot of extras that exceeded our expectations, this home was way better than what I imagined. I loved the security of having an alarm on the door that takes you to the pool, it is great when you have little kids. I loved the master room, the hose is really comfortable. I also love the customer service when ever I had a question I send a message to Terry and he answer back and I needed to stay an extra day and he Terry took care of everything to make it possible. Thank you for letting us have a wonderful time at your home!!"

  • Excellent Value!

"For only a few dollars more per night than a single, standard hotel room we considered a few miles away, we were able to stay in a seven-bedroom home (including five 'adult' bedrooms) and enjoy an enclosed, private pool and hot tub in a gated community a couple of miles from Disney! When we tell people at home about it, they cannot believe the value and some are even skeptical. The game room, living room, dining room and kitchen all got the job done. We had five couples and one child and we still had one bedroom completely unused. We did have to remember once or twice this is not a hotel. We had two minor issues and only one was resolved. We also had to do some minor cleaning upon arrival and had to remember to pick up a couple of extra items at the grocery store compared to a hotel stay. But these were so minor that it did not dampen the experience. Emerald Island is also terrific. Very secure, extremely quiet but yet just a few miles drive to the entire Kissimmee/Disney experience. But this property in in the back of the island, so there is virtually no traffic. Many people rode bikes and walked when we were there. This is even better than some of the properties because the back of the enclosed pool has a nice grassy area behind it instead of having another property's pool only a few feet away like some of the properties on the island do. The island does have a very short, but nice nature trail and the clubhouse has a nice little exercise room and tiki bar to go along with a shared pool."

  • Great, well maintained home!

"My husband, mom and I stayed here as part of our annual family vacation for a week. My husband and I normally get our own place and the rest of the much larger family stays in bigger homes (8 bedroom +) - I am very picky and we like our privacy :-). Let me say this home was very nice, clean and well maintained and there is more than enough space for families with children. It is very spacious. We definitely felt at home. The location is great, it is a short walk to the clubhouse. We didn't do much cooking (besides breakfast a couple of mornings), we mainly ate out or visited our much larger family at their home in the resort for dinner, but the home had everything you needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of towels and linens. The location is very close to Disney and tons of restaurants and shopping - I like that it's not really on the main highway and kind of secluded but just a couple of minutes away. We also had a chance to play a few games of pool in the game room. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to others!"
