  • Nice house

"I really enjoyed the house very spacious. It looked exactly like the photos very neat and clean. Only thing that was a little weird was the electric is playing tricks on us but it might be with the power company."

  • Home from home

"Well what can I say an excellent holiday all round. Denise was extremely helpful from start to finish... with regards to booking flights, places to eat and places to visit. This was our first time to Florida as a family and we weren't disappointed in any way at all. The villa was spotlessly clean and it had everything you needed to enable you to cook a meal if you so wished! There were 2 fridges which was fab one for all the cold drinks/ beer and the other for food. Lovely rooms comfy beds and plenty of towels for everyone. We bought our own beach towels which we always do but maybe a few towels for the beach/waterparks would be an added extra. There was plenty of everything ie glasses, plates, bowls and alike which was great. The pool was a godsend after a day at the parks. The kids enjoyed it loads and the spa well that was extremely relaxing. We were only 10-15 mins drive from Disney and 25 mins from Universal so the villa is in an ideal location. Everything wasn't very far away at all from the supermarket (Publix) to restaurants along the 192 all within easy reach. We liked Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden Cheesecake Factory of course (a must) to say but a few never short of places to eat and definitely worth a trip or two is Disney Springs, super restaurants and lots of shopping too. We visited Sand key park on the Gulf Coast...just along from Clearwater which was fantastic, a day of sun and extremely warm waters.Loved it!Loved it! We also went the other side to Cocoa beach on the Pacific which was also great, the sea is a bit rougher here but still quite shallow so we hired a body board for the kids and they loved it. We ate that evening on the pier which was lovely, nice food plenty of refills of soft drinks for the kids & adults... and just watched the sun go down. We spent 3 wks at Tranquil Retreat and loved every minute and thank you Denise for all your help from start to finish. We had a fantastic vacation one to remember xx"

  • Nice condo with convenient location

"Clean condo in good location in relation to Disney. Had everything we needed. Kids room was really cute with Mickey theme. Master bed was very comfortable. Didn't use small pool or the resort pool, but the resort pool looked very nice. Water pressure and hot water heat wasn't as much as we liked, but not horrible. Base rate was very reasonable, but fees were a bit overkill I thought ( cleaning and reservation fees). Overall I was pleased, would stay again. Much better value than staying on Disney property."
