  • Great Villa and Close to all Amenities

"Cindys villa was perfect for our 2 week stay, very clean and tidy in a quite location and only 8 minutes to US 192 for food and entertainment. Universal Studios is 25 minutes away and Disney 15 minutes. Walmart for you Groceries and other purchases is literally 3 minutes from the villa. We took our daughter and granddaughter who also loved the pool. We would rent this villa again as it was everything we wanted. Thanks Cindy."

  • Amazing villa!

"My family and I spent two weeks during the Christmas/New Year's vacation and had an amazing time! We've rented in the Orange Tree development before but none of the other villas were as clean and well-appointed as this was. The kitchen had everything you need to make you feel like you're at home. There were plenty of beds for our group and all were comfortable. The pool is probably one of the largest you'll find in the development. The pool/spa heat was perfect for taking a dip on those cool days and relaxing at night. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended the villa to friends and family. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your wonderful villa! And especially thank you for having the Christmas Tree put out! It was a very special touch."

  • Large space, cozy feel!

"What a great spot! We were very happy with the space of this resort property as we were travelling with our two university age children. Having three queen beds was excellent, there aren't many places that have that as an option. Although our original booking was under renovation when we arrived (those darn contractors) the alternative spot turned out to be the same layout with a different décor and we did manage to move into our original spot during our stay without any fuss. The kitchen was equipped well enough to make meals when we weren't too tired from playing at the parks all day and it was great to have the option. The resort area is quiet and well away from the freeway so we didn't notice any traffic noise but still has great access to Universal Studios (about 10 minutes) and Walt Disney World (15 to 20) without going out on the freeway. International Drive is also super close and easy to get to (and Sea World) with lots of shopping and dining options. Toll Highway access is reasonable with the drive to Cocoa Beach being a reasonable distance. I would recommend attending the Cocoa Village Theatre if you're a fan of Broadway and stage shows, we had an opportunity to see "In the Heights" and it was top notch with a very low price. The resort is also located on a lake and it was fun to watch the water fowl in the mornings as they flew around hunting. Gayle was super excellent to deal with and very helpful with tips and information and also keeping us up to date on the renovations. We highly recommend this resort and bookings through Gayle and will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes our way. Len Gatey Ladysmith, British Columbia"
