  • Great Value. Everything as described. No surprises or disappointments!

"When first looking for a Condo to rent for my 10 year old son and I, I looked for the best "Deal" I could find. I found this to be the best overall value, but the main reason was the interaction with Gene, his response time was the best of any of my other inquiries! This unit is in a good spot because most of the places you will want to visit are very close. We rented a car, but ended up walking to a lot of venues. I've rented beach condos at several other beaches over the past 15 years and this was the best experience I have had, and at the best rate!"

  • Perfect Family Vacation

"My family of 6 can't wait to get back! From the moment you enter you're greeted by ocean views, we kept the expansive sliding doors open during the day & night to feel the ocean breeze and rarely ever needed the A/C. The sounds of the waves always in the background added an extra layer of serenity. This place has everything you want & need for the beach including chairs, ton of beach towels, bodyboards, toys for the kids, everything! And for the techies who need it, the centrally located high speed wifi was great. Morning and evening walks on the beach are a must, enough said there. The outdoor shower on the deck was ideal for everyone especially our chocolate lab. Whether we were grilling on the deck or cooking in the kitchen we could always see the beach. And this place literally has every amenity for cooking and serving, not to mention Publix shopping plaza was so close that any little extra you may need is right there. At night after dinner, we sat around the outdoor fireplace on the deck until one by one every member of the family retired to one of their 4 bedrooms. Thank you to the owners as well, everything was communicated clearly and promptly. Perfection! We miss it already : ) P.S. Next time we'll be renting a 4 seater golf cart (or scooters) at the rental place just down the street so we can go exploring further down the beaches."

  • Awesome place to stay for a wedding in Port St. Lucie

"My husband, his parents, our grown son and I had a wonderful time staying in your lovely vacation home on Hutchinson Island. What a delightful place to spend a week. What a thrill to have the ocean with sunrise out the back, and the intercostal with sunsets out the front. We were steps away from both on this narrow section of the isle. It is obvious you take great care and pride in keeping up the home. Your kitchen was marvelously stocked for every need. We did visit local breweries and restaurants, but spent most of the time eating in and enjoying the house and its views. The furniture is very comfortable to sit in, and your dining room table and chairs are delightful with their beach colors. There is so much room, plenty for a much larger group. Every one of us slept well, the beds are very comfortable.  Our parents (who are in their 80’s) thoroughly enjoyed the front upstairs patio, where they could avoid the ocean breeze (which was too strong for them on some days while we visited). My husband and son brought their own poles, and after purchasing fishing licenses at Walmart, loved catching fish off the dock. They caught enough that we had a Fish Fry for our Thanksgiving dinner! The beach was wonderful to walk, and the unique stone formations along the shore were intriguing to investigate. My husband, son and I spent a day kayaking at Jonathan Dickinson State Park, which is not too far south, and had a great time! We investigated Trapper Nelson’s Interpretive Site 1/2 through our paddle as a way to stretch our legs, and was surprised to be greeted by a guide who gave us a tour of the entire complex. My husband and I even went snorkeling down at Bathtub Beach at the end of the isle. The only problem we encountered: the Eliot Museum decided to close early the day before Thanksgiving, so we did not get to go in.  We ended up across the street at the Florida Oceanographic Society, which was amazing for seeing wildlife and learning about them. They let you get your hands on so many species. Due to some issues with the tank, we were not able to touch the stingrays upon arrival. We got a much better surprise later, as we got to feed the stingrays instead. This was a once in a lifetime experience, and the highlight of the trip for me! Overall, if we are able to travel back to Florida, we certainly plan to stay at your home in the future.  We appreciate receiving the security deposit back in a timely manner, as well."

  • Very Relaxing

"We had a wonderful time in this charming cottage. The views are amazing, it was a great location as you were not on the beach with cars. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and Bill is wonderful to work with. We had a wonderful time at the "Pink House"."
