  • family time and birthday time

"Where to start! This was a great place for our four generations family outing. There was lots of room for the 9 of us. We spent many mornings at the beach and then afternoons at the pool. The owners have hoses outside for rinsing off sand so made the transition so easy. We were close to groceries, the cocoa beach pier, and only 15minutes to the mall - great for a rainy day.! The host called from his place to make sure we were comfortable and settled - how thoughtful. We celebrated my mom's 94th birthday and did lots of relaxing. Every amenitiy you could want was present. The pool was clean and great for all ages. we hope to go again. Time will tell.Easy walk to so much- restaurants, groceries, mini golf ...The air conditioning was a real blessing as the weather was hot! Just the way we wanted it. ..."

  • Best beautiful rental in Cape Canaveral!

"We stayed in this beautiful town house for a week. My sister-in-law and family rented the other side so we couldn't have been any closer to share this family vacation. Andrea has made sure her townhouse has everything you could possibly need. For out of town guests who are traveling by plane, you will find towels (bath and beach), sheets, soap, Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, a well stocked kitchen, unopened food left by previous renters, laundry detergent,... The house is beautiful - from the wide open family room with a huge couch and recliner facing a huge TV to the granite counter tops and seating for 9 and up to the 3 roomy bedrooms with ceilings fans (and a great balcony off the master in the front of the house) in each room to the three well stocked bathrooms... An outside shower and hose rinse off... tons of chairs, coolers, bags, bikes, toys, beach umbrellas,... The walk to the beach is 2 short blocks across quiet streets. Easy to come back to the house for lunch and dinner or even a nap in the afternoon and then head back for more surfing in the waves. The beach is great! Soft sand, warm water, my husband jogged the long 2+ miles to the lighthouse pier and saw sea turtles and a stingray. We did see dolphins once. Lots of sand crabs and fish. No crowds at all while we were there...a little over a mile walk to Cocoa Beach Pier... Views of the huge Cruise ships heading out every day... Note: go one street to the north to head back out to 1A and you'll come out at a stoplight, which is much easier to go left. to Just short of a mile to Dunkin Donuts, Publix Grocery Store, the Dollar General, mini-golf and 7-11 (not far at all and on our side of the street. The kids walked or biked to get many slurpies). Just beyond is Ron Jon's famous shop and a great frozen yogurt place. Walmart is 10 minutes away. It was a little over 15 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center (awesome!) and we even saw a rocket launch during our stay (which we watched from the beach. What a unique and cool experience). Orlando is 45 minutes away. We could not have had a better stay anywhere else. This is truly the best house in the best location in Cape Canaveral. We can't thank Andy enough for everything!!"

  • Perfect location in Cape Canaveral

"My family absolutely loved the location of David's condo. The beach is fabulous! Shallow with a very gentle gradient as another review stated. Perfect for the kiddos and adults! We had so much fun playing in the waves and to be able to walk to the beach and take breaks whenever we wanted was perfect! (Last year we stayed in a hotel in Cape Canaveral and went to Lori Wilson public beach - it was very nice but crowded during spring break!) The condo itself is very nice and after talking to another couple, David's condo has everything in working order while other condos in Royal Mansions had some issues. We even used the hide-a-bed in the living room and it was quite comfortable! The beautiful views from the condo and balcony are picturesque! The pool and hot tub are very nice and kept clean. The staff at Royal Mansions were very helpful upon asking questions of local things to do. We never really had any other questions. David checked in with us when we got there and then followed up on our last day. We never had any other reason to contact him. We had all we needed! If you are a walker or enjoy exploring - this condo is a great location! My husband and I walked on the beach to the Cocoa Beach and Jetty park piers. It is also fun to watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port. I wish that we could have been there for a shuttle launch! I have no idea when we will be able to go back to the area - but David's condo would be our first choice!"
