  • Perfect beachfront location!

"Cute little chrashpad near fun bars, great restaurants (Fat Kahuna's to-die-for!), little dive bars, wonderful breakfast cafes (Cuban) and jazz bar (Heidi's). If you're hooty tootie...this little jewelbox is not for you... but if you appreciate cleanliness, location and a great value book this one!"

  • Awesome Place to Stay

"What a great place to stay. Sean was very forthcoming on what was available at the house and the listing is exactly what we expected and found. He had everything ready and we were met by a very nice lady who let us in and showed us around. We had a garage to park our car in and we felt very safe the whole time we were there. The house is approximately 200 steps from the beach and within walking distance of lots of things in town. Walk to Starbucks, Surf Shops, Putt Putt Golf, McDonald's, Grocery Store, Walgreen's, and many restaurants. The house was fully furnished and clean. Included a washer and dryer and we ate in a lot which saved us money in the long run. Sean provided all the beach equipment that we needed to have a great time. We will come back again and when we do, we'll be calling Sean for his place again."

  • Memories created to last a lifetime!

"From the moment my family and I arrived we loved everything about the condo. It was very conveniently located on A1A (main road) and very easy to find. The condo is set back closer to the beach so you don't even notice that you are on a busy street. The owners left us great directions on how to access the building and gain entry into our condo. When we entered he condo, we were very pleased that everything in the condo was just as wonderful as the pictures that grabbed our attention on VRBO to begin with. The condo was very clean with all of the amenities of home. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping each night. I loved the room darkening blinds too. (May not be a big deal to some people but to me that was GREAT!) The bunk beds in the second bedroom were full size so my son and daughter never complained about having to share a room because they both had plenty of space for their things. My two kids, ages 12 and 15, LOVED the abundance of beach toys, sand toys, umbrellas, and chairs that were in the hall closet for us to use during our stay. It was great having a fully stocked kitchen to eat breakfast and lunch at the condo instead of eating out for every meal. Great location for the beach as well as our stretch of beach was never too crowded and was always easy to find a spot to set up our chairs. We only had one small problem with our access key to the pool one day so I emailed Phil, the owner, to ask him who we needed to talk to about this and he called me back within 10 minutes so that we could get the problem solved. Turns out it was a problem with the gate and not anything that the owners did wrong. I loved the PROMPT reply. This shows me he truly cares about the people who are renting this condo. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My kids want to go back again."

  • Best beautiful rental in Cape Canaveral!

"We stayed in this beautiful town house for a week. My sister-in-law and family rented the other side so we couldn't have been any closer to share this family vacation. Andrea has made sure her townhouse has everything you could possibly need. For out of town guests who are traveling by plane, you will find towels (bath and beach), sheets, soap, Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, a well stocked kitchen, unopened food left by previous renters, laundry detergent,... The house is beautiful - from the wide open family room with a huge couch and recliner facing a huge TV to the granite counter tops and seating for 9 and up to the 3 roomy bedrooms with ceilings fans (and a great balcony off the master in the front of the house) in each room to the three well stocked bathrooms... An outside shower and hose rinse off... tons of chairs, coolers, bags, bikes, toys, beach umbrellas,... The walk to the beach is 2 short blocks across quiet streets. Easy to come back to the house for lunch and dinner or even a nap in the afternoon and then head back for more surfing in the waves. The beach is great! Soft sand, warm water, my husband jogged the long 2+ miles to the lighthouse pier and saw sea turtles and a stingray. We did see dolphins once. Lots of sand crabs and fish. No crowds at all while we were there...a little over a mile walk to Cocoa Beach Pier... Views of the huge Cruise ships heading out every day... Note: go one street to the north to head back out to 1A and you'll come out at a stoplight, which is much easier to go left. to Just short of a mile to Dunkin Donuts, Publix Grocery Store, the Dollar General, mini-golf and 7-11 (not far at all and on our side of the street. The kids walked or biked to get many slurpies). Just beyond is Ron Jon's famous shop and a great frozen yogurt place. Walmart is 10 minutes away. It was a little over 15 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center (awesome!) and we even saw a rocket launch during our stay (which we watched from the beach. What a unique and cool experience). Orlando is 45 minutes away. We could not have had a better stay anywhere else. This is truly the best house in the best location in Cape Canaveral. We can't thank Andy enough for everything!!"
