  • Perfect beachfront location!

"Cute little chrashpad near fun bars, great restaurants (Fat Kahuna's to-die-for!), little dive bars, wonderful breakfast cafes (Cuban) and jazz bar (Heidi's). If you're hooty tootie...this little jewelbox is not for you... but if you appreciate cleanliness, location and a great value book this one!"

  • A Condo to Remember!

"We have stayed in many locations and many condos in Florida over the past 15+ years. This condo in Ocean Village tops them all. Ocean Village has wonderful amenities and we were in walking distance of them all. The complex is safe, the grounds well kept, and the beach, of course, is gorgeous. Everything in the condo worked beautifully and the internet was easy to access. We were especially impressed by the quality of the furnishings and major kitchen appliances, as well as the number of small appliances (blender, crock pot, toaster oven) available to us. Security personnel at the gate were extremely helpful with our visitors and guests, as well as the delivery of a crib we had to arrange. The owners are friendly, gracious, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation on Hutchinson Island."

  • Wyndham Daytona Beach Ocean Walk

"We stayed in the north tower of the Ocean Walk on the 21st floor, facing north so we had a view of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. Our deluxe two bedroom unit was newly refurbished and noted they are currently working on other floors. The staff couldn't have been nicer, assisting us from the grandchildren's activities (they loved making the popsicle raft one day to competing with it against others the next) to adult trivia and card games. With the beach right outside, the kids and grandkids spent most of their day there however there were pools and sun decks including a lazy river and an inside pool (closed during our stay but not needed as the weather was warm). The outside poolside bar was hopping all of the time we were there. There was a presence of time sharing people working at a large desk asking if we wanted to view but no pressure. You could rent chaises and umbrellas at the beach and beach trikes which were a big hit with us from a beach vendor and fairly priced."

  • Very comfortable and convenient property

"The beach is a short walk, the pool is very nice, the area is great and the unit is like home. It's quiet and a great place to relax! Lots of snow birds and folks who like to chill. There's a small shopping center within walking distance with a basic grocery. The manager and neighbors were friendly. This unit is being renovated, modernized soon, but it was nice already. The living room furnishing were very comfy, large couch and love seat. Each bedroom has its own bath, small but practical. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helped make the start very pleasant. Why it's not a five star rating? Well, for the price it is a great deal, and once it's renovated even better, but five star would be for a unit on the beach, with more amenities and such."
