  • Awesome vacation on Daytona Beach

"If you will be vacationing in Daytona Beach, this is the ultimate place to stay! We’ve included this unit as part of our vacation for the last three years. The building is located on Daytona Beach and is a mile from the pier and bandshell. The building has an outdoor pool and hot tub and a large indoor recreation area with a pool table. The owner is very conscientious and continues to make improvements to the unit and the check-in process to make renting easier. This year there was an individual that met us at the parking garage gate to let us in. This individual had our parking passes made out, showed us where our parking spaces were, gave us a tour of the unit, and even offered to assist with our luggage. We are still impressed by the size and décor of the unit each time we arrive. The view from the ocean front balcony is spectacular, especially in the morning as the sun appears on the horizon. The balcony is also furnished with a table and chairs and a grill for cooking out. The unit is very nicely furnished and has at least one of every cooking utensil available. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas are also available in the unit. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is an additional half bath available. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, dresser, night stand and a walk in closet. If you are looking for an oceanfront condo on Daytona Beach, I would highly recommend this one."

  • Great Fall Break

"This was our third stay at Sanibel Condos and our first stay at Dr. Gayah's unit. It is a great unit to accommodate my family of six adults and two grandchildren. Having a high chair in the unit was a plus for our one year old. The extra daylight and view provided since it is an ocean front end unit are a plus. Dr. Gayah was very responsive and pleasant to work with. If you haven't stayed in the Daytona Beach Shores/Ponce Inlet area, you are in for a treat. It is a quiet and quaint area of Daytona but still close to many things to do in the area."

  • Hawaiian Paradise in Daytona Beach Shores

"A little piece of heaven on earth...no up and down elevators....this first floor unit is beautiful. Walk right out to the pool. King bed awesome...decorated Beachy! Safe, friendly. Sound of the ocean and smell of fresh ocean is beyond anything you can ask for. Thank you, Shirley and Joe...look forward to next year."

  • I really don't want to write this review

"I kind of want to keep this place a secret....that's how much we loved it! The condo is perfect for a family with teenagers and older kids. Our kids range in age from 26-15 and they thought this was the best place we've stayed in the Daytona area. The unit is tastefully decorated, the building is pretty quiet, (except for some renovations going on for 2 days in the unit below us). This was of no fault to the owner of this unit or property managers, that were so kind and helpful, and the views are fantastic. We definitely will stay here again in the future."
