"Enjoyed our stay, the condo was huge and location was perfect. Suited our large family perfectly (2 adults/5 kids). Never felt crammed, everyone had their own bed, plenty of space, and a huge deck. Short walk to pool/beach and conveniently located 2 miles from Publix. Great, friendly security. Would recommend.
Only "issue" we had was mold/sludge build-up in Master shower and in one other tub that we noticed on arrival (appeared as though it was more than a 1 wk build-up). Also, a couple cigarette butts scattered on the deck and an ash tray with a cigarette butt in it on the deck dining table (to which the host kindly removed for us during our initial tour of the unit) and a couple of the trash cans still had trash in them. It didn't appear housekeeping was very thorough during their 5 hour cleaning (we arrived at 3pm). I brought it to Craig's attention and he promptly contacted the staff. Craig informed me that the housekeeping staff stated that they "thoroughly cleaned the shower and tub and couldn't get that off". My wife and I picked up a couple supplies at Publix later that day, spent a few minutes cleaning the shower and tub....and situation resolved. Craig kindly offered to compensate us for our time, but we didn't feel it was necessary. A little more accountability with the housekeeping staff would help prevent this in the future. Also, I mistakenly left a small item behind (shaving brush) that "wasn't found" by the housekeepers. May have been thrown out before notification made, not sure...but didn't leave me with a warm-fuzzy about the housekeepers.
Overall, the housekeeping issues weren't a show-stopper...but certainly worth mentioning as the tenants pay the $200 for the 5 hours of "cleaning".
Appreciated the great communication and prompt replies by Craig, even while he was on vacation.
