  • Awesome vacation on Daytona Beach

"If you will be vacationing in Daytona Beach, this is the ultimate place to stay! We’ve included this unit as part of our vacation for the last three years. The building is located on Daytona Beach and is a mile from the pier and bandshell. The building has an outdoor pool and hot tub and a large indoor recreation area with a pool table. The owner is very conscientious and continues to make improvements to the unit and the check-in process to make renting easier. This year there was an individual that met us at the parking garage gate to let us in. This individual had our parking passes made out, showed us where our parking spaces were, gave us a tour of the unit, and even offered to assist with our luggage. We are still impressed by the size and décor of the unit each time we arrive. The view from the ocean front balcony is spectacular, especially in the morning as the sun appears on the horizon. The balcony is also furnished with a table and chairs and a grill for cooking out. The unit is very nicely furnished and has at least one of every cooking utensil available. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas are also available in the unit. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is an additional half bath available. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, dresser, night stand and a walk in closet. If you are looking for an oceanfront condo on Daytona Beach, I would highly recommend this one."

  • Great condo for 10 people!!!

"The Ashley Penthouse #5 is a spacious and clean condo that easily housed 10 people. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in and the grill near the pool did a great job cooking hamburgers, steaks, and fish! The heated pool was great for this time of year, but they had some issues with it during our stay. Even though it was out of service for 2 days, the kids jumped in and played like it was heated! The whirlpool and sauna provided a great way to finish off the day of beach and pool play. Many great conversations were had with the residents of the Ashley condominiums, but you will always run into those few who can't be pleased. Granted our arrival date was 12/26/16, so I expected some unusual circumstances at check-in. As expected, the office didn't open until 12/27/16, however, a kind resident let us into the building. From there, we were able to gain access through the lockbox at the door to the condo. The beach is beautiful, the restaraunts were great, and the weather had a few curve balls. With those curve balls, there were plenty of local activities available that kept the kids busy and happy. Overall, this was a very good trip!"

  • Nice condo on the beach

"We enjoyed our stay at the condo with by two young children and grandparents. Only drawback was the master bedroom king size mattress needs to be replaced. Very worn and sagging on both my side and my wife's. Forget any snuggling...:)"

  • best room by far

"I truly enjoyed my stay! The room exceeded my expectations by far. With the ocean only footsteps away, who could ask for more. I was able to take advantage of the kitchenette and save some money by cooking at home. Everything you need is walking distance, or a short cab ride away. It was an amazing experience and I recommend it to everyone! The price was affordable so I'm booking another week for sure! Thanks for a wonderful experience!"
