  • A great place to come to escape the winter chill

"This is my third year coming to the Harbour Beach Resort from my home in Dayton, OH. Although not a brand-new building, it has been maintained very well and looks clean and fresh inside and out. The staff here are enthusiastic and always ready to help out with anything you may need. My unit (#615) is pleasantly decorated and freshly remodeled. Clean and bright, John and Sue take good care of it. Hot water problems from past years have been solved. The kitchenette is now well stocked (I like to cook my meals in the unit). There is surprisingly little noise to be heard from neighboring units so mine is quiet and peaceful. I love the view of the beach from the 6th floor. I can see the Daytona Pier, up and down the beach, the surf and some of the city as well. When I open the window and the front door I get a wonderfully refreshing breeze. Everything works just right here: WiFi & internet, appliances, heat/AC, kitchen & bath. It's just right for a single guy like me, a couple or a small family (up to 4). Daytona Beach and central Florida has a lot to offer from sports to world famous racing to arts & culture to wilderness and forest preserves, parks, lakes and rivers. Come to relax or come to get out and do, just come!"

  • Girls getaway week.

"This rental property at St. Maarten was beautiful. It is very large for a condo and we had more than enough space to spread out. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The property itself is very easy to navigate and get around. The beach was clean and not very crowded. We had a wonderful week and would definitely go back again."

  • Immediately felt at home

"Woke up each day refreshed. So nice to feel at home while on vacation. The house was so welcoming walking in the door felt like coming home. There was ample space which is nice for a beach rental property. So many things to do in the area, the entire day was filled with fun, then back to the house to relax in screened in porch. There were plenty of towels, and other necessary items, fully stocked kitchen and coffee. The best part of my stay however was the feeling that the home is well loved. I have stayed in other rental homes and they feel like the step-child of the family, this house just offered something special that can't be described. The welcome basket at arrival was a nice extra touch that made me feel like a welcomed guest instead of a paying customer. Definitely will stay here again ."

  • Fantastic

"I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home and the wonderful people who own it. First of all, the pictures do not do it justice! The layout is open and bright. I absolutely loved the sun lights. The house is very spacious, and the tile floors made cleaning up sand and spills super easy. Bob and Tori are the kindest and most accommodating people! Before we even arrived, they answered whatever questions we had, and were very prompt in doing so. WHAT MADE IT SPECIAL: *When we arrived, we were welcomed with a nice greeting: "Welcome to Flip Flop Paradise". Bob and Tori provided a notebook with tons of information – restaurants nearby, places to shop, and most importantly, how to manage the TV remotes! *The dining room is stocked with games and books available for those times when you need a break from the son. My younger son was fascinated with the poker chips and even went online to learn how to play! :) *The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, and it's beautiful and open, which made cooking in much more pleasant. *This home has a fabulous patio that is screened in and has an outdoor fan to keep the air circulating. The patio opens to a spacious, fenced in and well-maintained back yard. This provided the perfect arrangement for our two dogs while we were at the beach. We kept water on the patio and left the door to the yard open for them. They could run and play and retreat to the patio when they'd had enough. *We were welcomed by neighbors on each side of the house. They were very kind and offered assistance if we should need it for anything. The neighborhood was very safe for walking at night. *The beach! I'm a sunrise person. In the mornings, I was able to make a cup of coffee and walk the short distance to the beach to watch the most beautiful show on earth. The walk is equivalent to maybe two blocks. Crossing A1A, the main drag through Daytona Beach, was no trouble at all. We were there at the end of July which is a pretty busy vacation time. The section of beach we walked onto was not crowded at all, and there wasn't much traffic on the highway. We had friends who were in Daytona the same time as us, so on a couple of occasions, we drove a couple blocks to the drive-on section of the beach to join them. This house is perfect and Bob and Tori are wonderful. You can't go wrong here! I highly recommend this home!++++"
