  • I want to move in.

"My wife, our son (14), our nephew (14) and I stayed here from 7/9 (check-in) - 7/16 (check-out). We all loved it. The Unit: Everything we needed for our stay was provided and it was in good condition. Well, except for those things noted in the agreement like paper products, etc. There was enough toilet paper, soap, etc to get us through the first night which was nice. The view from this unit is incredible. I spent every night on the massive balcony watching the ocean, the people on the beach and later the people being launched into the night sky on the slingshot at the pier. Who needs TV when you have that view. Just FYI, TV is provided and there is a large selection of cable channels to watch. I happily only watched 15 minutes of TV during the whole stay. The condo is close enough to the pier that you can walk to it. I think it's 1.8 miles and makes for a nice beach walk. It is also far enough that all that pier craziness doesn't impact your time at the beach. The location is perfect. The Beach: It wasn't crowded, everybody had space to spread out on the beach. The beach in front of the condo is clean, almost totally shell free and has a gradual slope into the ocean. On average I'd say the waves were about 3 feet tall. That sounds small but there is a lot of power in a 3 foot wave. As the tide came in we got some 5 footers that made wave jumping a lot of fun. This is my favorite beach when compared to Virginia Beach, Myrtle, Marco Island, Ft. Walton or Clearwater. Waikiki beats out Daytona, but that's a lot longer drive. :-) Juan and Mercedes: Juan is an excellent communicator and we had no issues with checking in or out. He has the unit's keys in a lock box on the unit's front door. That's much better than the last place we stayed where the keys were in a lock box two miles from the unit. Everything was great and that's because they put the effort into making it great. I'd definitely stay here again and I'd seriously move in if Juan wanted to adopt a 42 year old from Ohio. In closing, Juan and Mercedes, thank you very much for opening your home to us and helping us to have a memorable and wonderful family vacation. I highly recommend this unit to anyone thinking about a vacation at the beach."

"We all enjoyed ourselves this past week. The VBRO description was accurate, the property was cleaned and well maintained and the owner provided great customer service. The weather was very good for most of the days and the best part of the condo was the sunsets. We had almost a 360 degree view of our surroundings and you could see the sunset gleaming off of the ocean to the East as well as the inland waterway to the west. Standing in the master bedroom, you could see all of this from one spot. We went shopping and bought what we needed, but if we were missing anything, Deb had everything. Marie found a beach bag to use in the condo when we headed to the beach. There were plenty of spices and flour to use in breading the fish we caught on our deep sea fishing trip. Someone left a couple of microbrews in the refrigerator for us. We left at least one of ours when we left. And there were other items in the freezer including 2 tasty Klondike bars. There were plenty of towels, sheets and other items to make it seem very much like home. I told Marie and others who came over to enjoy the sunsets that we could be almost any where in the world and we wouldn't have had a better more beautiful view. We might go somewhere really good and have as good of a view - but we would not get a better view. That says a lot for this condo. The front desk person was as polite and sweet as can be and we felt very safe with the security precautions taken with the keyed entry to all of the entrances. The parking was greats and we used the beach chairs and sand buckets (for our 2 year old grandson). If we come back, we will bring bicycles to explore the beach and we would hope to lock them up in the garage if that is possible. There were 3 bedrooms and it slept all six of us very comfortably. We didn't feel like we were running into each other and that makes for a much more relaxing vacation. We would recommend this as an A+ and would like to return some day and we would highly recommend it to others. Thank you!"
