  • Our stay in Daytona Beach

"During our stay, we found the condo very well equipped and comfortably accommodating. It was clean, neat, and attractively decorated. The entertainment was awesome with two large flat screen televisions and the availability of a wide range of DVD movies for our indoor hours. The ocean view and breeze from the terrace, let us enjoy being at Daytona Beach at all times. We also enjoyed a couple of workouts in the exercise room, playing table tennis and pinball in the entertainment room, and using the computer and printer in the office center. We really enjoyed the places of attractions including the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center and Museum, Museum of Arts and Science and Planetarium, Museum of Photography, and of course, a golf outing at the Daytona Beach Golf Club. Within close proximity to the condo and a short drive, we enjoyed tasty meals at varied restaurants including Hog Heaven, Adam’s Egg, Ocean Deck, and Oyster Pub. Our visit was great! One recommendation is the driveway from S. Atlantic Avenue should be more lighted to enable better visibility for entering."

  • Best Condo Ever!

"This condo is absolutely amazing! The view is incredible and the best part is that you can view the sunrise AND sunset from different sides of the condo. There was nothing better than sitting on the ocean side drinking coffee and watching the sunrise! Later in the afternoon we had our happy hour drink on the west side which provided a great view of the sunset over the Halifax River. There are such interesting places to visit nearby-Sugar Cane Mill, Blue Spring State Park, Ponce Lighthouse, Daytona Speedway and the Amusement area on Daytona Beach! We also took evening trips to St. Augustine and Titusville to watch a rocket launch. It is a perfect location if you are a history buff or a shopper or just want to be a beach bum! Glenn and Barry are so knowledgeable about the area and were so helpful when we had questions about planning out our days. If the beach is your thing this is the place! You can find lots of shells, walk to a fun eatery called Crabby Joes, or bike on the beach with bikes provided with the condo. This condo is decorated so tastefully and super clean and every time we walked in the door we felt right at home! The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking things you might need and you even have an awesome view of the ocean while in the kitchen, master bedroom and living room! The beds were super comfortable and what a bonus to have 3 bathrooms! We will definitely be back!"

  • Loved It!

"If you have the opportunity to rent this condo, do it! We were so pleased that we secured this beautiful condo at such a reasonable price compared to others we found. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious enough for my family of five (which includes three teenagers!) This was our first time renting a first floor unit. While the view may not have been as nice as with a balcony, we enjoyed the convenience of walking right down the hall to the pool and beach. My kids utilized the fitness room, which was located at the other end of the hall and close to the unit. Noise from other tenants, cars, etc., was never an issue. The building is located near many good restaurants and attractions. We took a couple of day trips to St.Augustine and Universal Studios, which were only about an hour away. Wish we had time for more. Lynn was wonderful to work with. She promptly responded to my calls and emails, and even texted me on the night of our arrival to make sure everything was OK!"

  • Love CASA DEL PLAYA

"My family and I just returned home from a week's stay at the Casa Del Playa in Daytona Beach and absolutely loved the cozy getaway! There was plenty of room for all my children, spouses and grandkids! Just a short walk (or drive) to the beach, restaurants, pubs and Daytona Beach activities made this home the perfect spot for us! Quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of A1A/Atlantic Blvd made for enjoyable evenings!"
