  • Always enjoy the Ashley!

"Our third time staying at this condo. Right on the beach, beautiful views, and everything you need for a great vacation! Very short drive to most of the top restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies. Already planning next year!"

"We all enjoyed ourselves this past week. The VBRO description was accurate, the property was cleaned and well maintained and the owner provided great customer service. The weather was very good for most of the days and the best part of the condo was the sunsets. We had almost a 360 degree view of our surroundings and you could see the sunset gleaming off of the ocean to the East as well as the inland waterway to the west. Standing in the master bedroom, you could see all of this from one spot. We went shopping and bought what we needed, but if we were missing anything, Deb had everything. Marie found a beach bag to use in the condo when we headed to the beach. There were plenty of spices and flour to use in breading the fish we caught on our deep sea fishing trip. Someone left a couple of microbrews in the refrigerator for us. We left at least one of ours when we left. And there were other items in the freezer including 2 tasty Klondike bars. There were plenty of towels, sheets and other items to make it seem very much like home. I told Marie and others who came over to enjoy the sunsets that we could be almost any where in the world and we wouldn't have had a better more beautiful view. We might go somewhere really good and have as good of a view - but we would not get a better view. That says a lot for this condo. The front desk person was as polite and sweet as can be and we felt very safe with the security precautions taken with the keyed entry to all of the entrances. The parking was greats and we used the beach chairs and sand buckets (for our 2 year old grandson). If we come back, we will bring bicycles to explore the beach and we would hope to lock them up in the garage if that is possible. There were 3 bedrooms and it slept all six of us very comfortably. We didn't feel like we were running into each other and that makes for a much more relaxing vacation. We would recommend this as an A+ and would like to return some day and we would highly recommend it to others. Thank you!"

  • Heaven on Earth!!

"We loved St. Marteen and 702! Perfect location, beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean. The only thing you need to bring along is bathing suits and groceries. We enjoyed the nice kitchen and loved the grill. Love that the ballpark and the speedway is only 10 - 15 minutes away. We took a day trip over to St. Augustine and then stopped at the pier for a good dinner and then a stroll along the boardwalk. This was our 3 year old grandson's first beach trip and he is already asking when we can go back to the "beach house". I'm planning to retire next year and would love to spend a month in 702. Thank you Mr. Hugh and Ms. Marlene!!"
