  • Great Vacation

"We had a great time staying in Daytona Beach. Andrea was very helpful with things that did a rise. The only drawback was the heavy traffic on North Atlantic but everything was great! The weather even cooperated."

  • Summer vacation

"I loved Ocean Walk, the pool is great and was one reason I wanted to come here. I knew my grandchildren ages 3,4 and 7 would love it as well as my 2 teenage boys and they did. We also loved being right on the beach. Another big plus is being connected to the shops, movie theater and restaurants, you can walk everywhere. The condo was a little dated but it was comfortable and met our needs and the price was reasonable compared to others at Ocean Walk. My only complaints would be it was very very crowded. We had 2 vehicles but were only allowed to park 1 in the parking garage and ended up paying $106 for the week to park across the street in another garage. A couple of times our parking garage was full. Over all a great time."

  • What a great experience!!

"This is the perfect spot!! So close to everything and what a view! You get both the ocean and the inlet, as well as the sunrise and sunset, right from you balcony, absolutely amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner is super sweet and very helpful. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!"

  • Heaven on Earth!!

"We loved St. Marteen and 702! Perfect location, beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean. The only thing you need to bring along is bathing suits and groceries. We enjoyed the nice kitchen and loved the grill. Love that the ballpark and the speedway is only 10 - 15 minutes away. We took a day trip over to St. Augustine and then stopped at the pier for a good dinner and then a stroll along the boardwalk. This was our 3 year old grandson's first beach trip and he is already asking when we can go back to the "beach house". I'm planning to retire next year and would love to spend a month in 702. Thank you Mr. Hugh and Ms. Marlene!!"
