  • Winter, at the Sunglow Resort, in Daytona Beach Shores.

"We stayed at Sunglow Resort, unit 206, all through February and March of 2017. The unit was great, with new appliances and marble countertop and all necessary kitchen wares. The oceanview room has sunshine on the balcony from sun-up until late afternoon. It is located beside a good restaurant, across from a bank and close to a 711; no need to drive at "Happy Hour". We have already booked for next year. Bonnie and Dale, from Canada."

  • Perfect with great beach access

"Unfortunately, my husband and I had to cut our vacation short due to the hurricane, but this vacation rental was exactly what we were looking for. This ground floor unit had beach views from the living room and opened straight onto the pool (not to mention the tiki bar steps from the door.) The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels and pillows. Next time we are in Daytona, we would rent this condo without hesitation. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had."

  • spacious condo!

"This condo is absolutely beautiful and easily fit our family of 6. Owner beautifully decorated the place with such care, and we appreciated the empty drawers, closet space, and hooks for towels. Pictures don't do it justice- there's so much space to sprawl out, which was just what we were looking for. The building is just steps to the beautiful ocean, and the beach and pool were clean. However, there was some graffiti on the outside of the condo on the beach side that took away from the beauty of the building. Staff at the condo were helpful, owner clearly communicated check-in and check-out procedures, there were plenty of beach towels and toys for our kids to use (thank you!) and unit was close to restaurants. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because it was extremely noisy during our stay as it was bike week in Daytona Beach. We consulted with the owner during booking and she didn't think it would be an issue. We had no idea the bike motors would be as loud as they actually were - and the noise truly went on all hours of the night. It sounded as if the bikers were right outside our window, even 5 stories up, and we couldn't hear the beautiful sounds of the ocean when we were out on the balcony. I had to go buy earplugs for our family so they could sleep, and the noise caused my kids to be anxious. We take full responsibility for not knowing any better when we were booking what we thought would be a relaxing, quiet vacation. This is really no fault of the owner, since she mentioned she had never been at the condo during bike week, however, the proximity of the building to A1A should have been a tell tale sign that it would be loud. If we could scoop up this condo to a quieter part of the beach, we totally would- it's that beautiful!"

  • Excellent place to relax and to have fun

"We had a wonderful time in this resort. We had an ocean view room which was really clean, cosy and well supply. The hotel is amazing and the pools are great. I hope to come back some day! The value for the money is great. I would greatly recommend this stay. Thanks again."
