  • 4 day getaway

"My husband, myself and two teenage boys, 13 and 16, stayed in a second floor, one bedroom condo of Renee's. It was the perfect size and location for our little 4 day getaway. We had an amazing view of the beach and ocean off of the balcony and we could see the outdoor pools to keep an eye on our teenagers. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen. The decor was lovely and wonderfully beachy. There is a TV/blueray player in both the living room and bedroom which made it nice when our boys wanted to watch something different from us. The condo was very clean, seemingly brand new, as well as all of the utensils, towels, etc. We felt like we were the first ones to use the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. For one meal, we called for take-out from Reflections, the resort restaurant. The meal was good. However, if you get a chance to go out, I highly recommend Charlie Horse. It's about a half mile North on Atlantic Ave. The seafood was excellent. One day we took a short drive South to Ponce Inlet to tour the lighthouse, had a fabulous breakfast at the Cracked Egg Restaurant and came back up to Granada Ave for Hershey's Ice Cream. Twice we zipped over to the Publix which is right across the street from the Resort. Next time we make a trip to Daytona Beach, I will definitely be renting one of Renee's condos at this resort. It was a lovely, relaxing experience."

  • Perfect location, Perfect view and an AMAZING unit!

"We just got home from our stay at this condo. I can not say enough positive things about it. The unit was very well taken care of, updated, and furnished with high end decor. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless clean. Everything looked exactly like what the listing pictures show. And that electric recliner in the living room is to die for after a long hot day! The property is very secure and safe. The pool area was immaculate at all times and not busy at all. The staff on the property were all very friendly and the lobby area was always clean. The owner was very easy to contact and worked well with our changing schedule. He emailed a welcome packet that contained everything we could possibly need to know. As our son now attends Embry Riddle, this will certainly be our unit of choice when returning to Daytona."

  • Wonderful Owner

"Working with Etta was wonderful. The condo it's self is just as the pictures show it. My husband and I founds it very comfy. It was pretty and had the needed items in the unit My complaints were not with the owner or condo but the building itself. We should have known better than to go to Daytona Beach in March for a 'relaxing' seaside vacation. The college kids took over much of the building making it impossible to sit on our deck or the pool deck due to their noise and loud parties. Drinking isn't allowed on the beach so they stayed close to the building for their parties. The noise at times was so loud our sliding door shook from the vibration of it. I did complain one night to management about the noise in all the units sureounding us but they wanted me to determine which exact units it was from, with noise all around us that was a toss up. They DID follow up and the noise in the building improved for awhile. I also don't know if it was due to the kids or just being used but the ice machine and one washing machine remained broken during our visit. Parking also became an issue due to construction workers taking a large portion of the parking lot and fellow renters using multiple stalls. On occasions we had to park across the street. I would deal with Etta again but I wound avoid Daytona Inn Beach Reaort."
