  • Perfect for any reason!

"We needed a place for 3 months while transitioning to the area and Glenn came to our rescue. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the front door. The home is exactly as pictured and Glenn was always available if we had any questions or needed anything. Btw, we didn't need a thing, because he has everything in his homes. He has more kitchen supplies than a restaurant and the sheets he has are super soft, plush towels, comfy furniture, a washer and dryer, and so on. Consider it your home away from home! All you need to bring is yourself and clothes and you are set. He also recommended a few restaurants and we frequented two of them quite often. (Aunt Louise's and Wasabi Thai Sushi) I literally gained 10lbs from all the great food. Thanks Glenn! LOL! I would highly recommend Glenn's homes if you are spending time in the area. It was totally relaxing and a great memorable time that I will treasure. Just a note.... we stayed at 3 of Glenn's homes during our stay and I have left this review for all of them, because each is equally fantastic!"

  • Great Suite for Family with Two Teenage Kids

"We really enjoyed the condo. The two queen bed setup worked well for our family of four. It had been very well maintained and was clean. No bugs spotted for the entire week - which can be an issue with some of the hotels/condos/houses in Florida. The view was also great. The television had a great picture, and it was nice to have the option of the other tv in the bedroom (although we never turned it on). Also, it was a nice bonus finding the two boogie boards in the air conditioner closet. It was also very handy to have a washer and dryer in the room. Ocean Walk, overall, is a nice place to spend a few days. We used the workout facility a couple times and the kids virtually lived in the lazy river. There were enough teenagers around to keep it interesting for our kids. And the location was great for walking to pick up a pizza, souvenir shopping, or out to dinner. We took a nice afternoon day trip up along the coast (Highway A1A) to St. Augustine, but other than that were completely happy just hanging out at the pool, by the ocean or in the room."

  • Sea Coast Garden III, NSB

"Positives: We LOVED the location The general condo facilities (pool, community rooms, shuffleboard, etc) were clean and well maintained, although the elevators were a bit temperamental. The beach was amazing! Very clean, wide and "residential" rather than commercial. You could walk for miles in both directions, and only 1/4 mile north on the beach is nice beach restaurant/bar. Across the street are several good restaurants. New Smyrna Beach is a fun place for families or singles. Lots to offer, and convenient to other fun day trips (Daytona, St. Augustine, World Golf Hall of Fame, Titusville and Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge, Kennedy Space Center, Cassadaga, Blue Springs etc.). The rental agency, Great Ocean Condos, was really great to work with. Very responsive and professional. We'd definitely rent thru them again. Negative: While the unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the furnishings could use some attention. The furniture on the balcony was rusted, the dining room chairs were a hazard as they would easily tip, and the King size mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping in two hammocks. We'll definitely return to NSB, and would enjoy staying in Sea Coast Gardens again, but we still probably look for a different unit."

  • Perfect beachfront location!

"Cute little chrashpad near fun bars, great restaurants (Fat Kahuna's to-die-for!), little dive bars, wonderful breakfast cafes (Cuban) and jazz bar (Heidi's). If you're hooty tootie...this little jewelbox is not for you... but if you appreciate cleanliness, location and a great value book this one!"
