  • Great Stay!!

"We stayed at this lovely apartment for the month of December while visiting family. Apartment was nicely furnished, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, washer and dryer, and convenient parking. Located in the historic neighborhood of Sanford, the apartment is within walking distance to the quaint downtown area where we found unique shops, art galleries and great restaurants. Lake Monroe and the marina is a couple of blocks away, where you can walk or cycle along the riverwalk. Favorite restaurants were The Smiling Bison, Corner Cafe and Hollerbach's."

  • Very comfortable for large family

"Thanks Chris, for all your help with answers to our qurstions prior to arrival. We loved the quaintness of the small town college feel. The home was spacious and well maintained for its age. The younger teens and kids loved the large bonus room with huge LED TV. The ample parking was a plus also. Highly recommend."

  • Adorable and convenient property

"The property is a beautiful affair. It consisted of a complete home and a semi-attached bungalow. I reserved the bungalow for my wife an I, but in the interim of me actually booking the reservation, the previous couple staying in there had extended their stay. The hostess was kind enough to allow us to stay inside much larger home and we had it all to ourselves. It had all the amenities of a house, to include a jacuzzi bath downstairs. There was plenty of off-street parking - no issues there. The neighborhood was quite attracitve and peaceful, with many restored homes. Downtown old Sanford was an easy walk away. Everything was better than I expected and the hostess was quite friendly, trusting, and sincere. If I was to make a "micro" suggestion: Most windows had curtains but lacked shades. We avoided using the bathroom downstairs, since it did not have any window coverings whatsoever. This was also problematic in the evening, since all our movements within the house could be observed from outside if any of the interior lights were used. I think this small issue will probably be addressed by the owner/hostess in the near future and it would not stop me from visiting this home again. Thank you!"
