  • Great Condo!

"You know it's always a little scary to rent a pet friendly condo sight unseen but our Maltese is 13 now and we can't leave her. This place is perfect. It is immaculate and very well equipped. Sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, pantry essentials....it's all here in perfect condition. They have done a wonderful job maintaining this unit. The master bath and kitchen have been refurbished. Carpet and upholstery are in good condition. We stayed in Castle Pines last year so we knew the location was perfect for PGA golf. However, this condo is much better than the one we rented from a big rental agency last year. Erin was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. Book now...you won't be disappointed!"

  • Best Family Vacation!

"We stayed in NSB the last two weeks of 2015. Our longest family vacation ever! But the time literally flew by. Starting with the house, everything was super clean and organized. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was very well stocked, which we were super excited about because we love to cook. The house is decorated so nicely, from the colors to all of the beach signs. Our dogs had a blast too. They loved the dog beach and going for walks around town. NSB is super dog friendly! The town... The location of the house is centric to everything! I especially liked that we didn't need to leave the inlet to access supermarkets, nails and beauty shops, restaurants, anything really. We walked to Flagler Ave. every day. We especially enjoyed Nichols Coffee shop. I would go for a run or bike on the beach each morning and on my way back to the house I'd stop in for a Flagler Ave Latte and a homemade scone. Yum! Flagler Ave had several events going on during our stay too. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We did adventure on some sightseeing trips as well. We went to St Augustine and visited Fort Matanzas about 1 hour and 10 minutes away. We also visited the Ponce Inlet Light House about 25 minutes away. If you enjoy taking in the sights and learning about history these are two must do trips. Overall a very memorable family vacation. We are already making plans for a repeat trip!"

  • Very clean, spacious place to stay, in a nice location. Beach and pools were close enough for us!

"The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We utilized the pools, golf course, bikes, and beaches. It got pretty buggy in the evenings, so bring bug spray! William, the owner, was very attentive to answer any questions we had. We ate our breakfast and lunches at the condo (spacious, kitchen), but drove up to the Ft. Pierce inlet for dinners. Some good restaurants around, nice to walk out on the jetty, and there happened to be an outdoor concert Saturday night. We took a drive to the State Park one day, which was awesome! Great beach with lots of waves, but good for all ages of kids. We will definitely come back!"

  • Great Bargain

"My family of 5 has stayed in numerous locales in Daytona. It was only my wife and son this time around so we needed less space and sought a 1 bedroom unit. This condo worked well for us; though we did use our own blow up rather than couch. The kitchen worked well, the balcony was sufficient with a nice view, and the location is great. For the money, a great deal!"
