"We loved our first winter at Sandpebble. The location on the riverside is much more interesting than being on the ocean. We were able to see the airshow from Martin county, fire works on numerous occasions and just relax in the lanai and watching the boats, dolphins, birds and the occasional river otter. The condo is well maintained and well equipped. There is tennis in the complex and many golf courses nearby. Publix is 1\ 4 of a mile down the road and there are many great restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to returning next winter"

  • Great Vacation

"We had a great time staying in Daytona Beach. Andrea was very helpful with things that did a rise. The only drawback was the heavy traffic on North Atlantic but everything was great! The weather even cooperated."

  • Beyond our expectations!

"Just got back from the best place we ever stayed in Florida. "We" are grandparents, parents and 2 granddaughters, 17 and 13, and what made our two-week vacation so special was first, New Smyrna Beach. What a beach--everything to love in a beach: we walked for miles, the girls surfed and flew kites, the water was a comfortable temperature (even for Grammy), no streets to cross--just an easy stroll over the boardwalk (complete with shower for this group of townhomes) and some clean white sand to the water. So easy we did it several times a day! Of course there's shopping and restaurants! Second wonderful feature--we had a separate apartment on the main level, while the younger generations were upstairs in the large 2-bedroom unit with a great kitchen, beautiful master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a deck looking out over the ocean. And plenty of room for all six of us to eat, play games, read, and just rest up for the next ocean playtime. Oh, and did I mention the linens? Lovely, quality new linens including fluffy towels with absolutely no moldy smell, unlike other places we have stayed. And the air conditioning was just right--maintaining a comfortable temperature. Also, there's a pool for quiet relaxation. The owners obviously love and care for this home, as it had quality dishes, pans, knives, gas grill, new front-load washer--and beds and bedding. And everything was very clean--not everything was new, but we prefer clean with quality, charm and comfort. Both units were well stocked with everything from beach toys to books and fishing poles. We felt we were at home. Tom texted to make sure everything was all right--and it sure was! We hope we can return...hard to plan ahead with 3 generations, but this home and beach town are the best!"

  • Perfect beach/birthday get-away!!

"My husband & I just returned from a quick beach/birthday get-away here & we will be back !!!! Everything was great from the smooth check in at Kings to arriving at a beautiful, sparking clean condo. The location is perfection, the balcony is perfect for early morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and we got to see the test runs for the boat races!! The beach is awesome and a two minute walk from the condo!! Couldn't have asked for a better place for a quick get-away, hoping it will be longer next time. Also I want to thank you Gary for being so very accommodating on Sunday when I wasn't feeling well, it made a big difference, thanks so much!"
