  • A Wonderful Week!

"We enjoyed spending a week at the Family Friendly Beach House. The beds and linens were top notch and they even provided extra paper products, which was nice. The backyard is a beautiful oasis, although a bit noisy from A1A traffic - but not much can be done about that. The beach is a short walk, as are stores and a great beach restaurant (Sand on the Beach). My family of 5 was extremely comfortable and we will be back!"

  • Lovely Private Vacation Home!

"Thanks for letting us enjoy your Melbourne beach home. Plenty of room for our family, clean and nicely furnished and the private pool was a real treat. Great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding with nature trails, tennis courts, parks and the beautiful beaches just a few blocks away. Great place to ring in the new year!!"

  • Great Beach Getaway with Family

"Our stay at the Turtle Spot was wonderful! When we arrived there was a bottle of wine and a beautiful book about sea turtles waiting for us. The home was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed and had everything we needed. The beach was even more private than we expected. Very few people around us which is what our family loves. Plenty of room to spread out and play on! We traveled with six adults and two babies under 24 months and there were a lot of steps to climb! We did not realize the home had four stories so that was a little difficult to get used to. However the view from the master suite on the 4th floor is well worth the climb! The only other negative was the water pressure. There was very low pressure which made showering somewhat of a challenge. That being said, the positives completely outweighed the negatives and we would go back soon as the babies can maneuver the stairs on their own:)"
