  • Perfect for children! Such a beautiful beach!

"This was our families 1st trip to the beach. We were there for a week in May. We were new to everything. The check-in process was great. The staff that works at the desk were a bunch of bubbly people. Smiles and happy voices greet you, making you ready to get your vacay started. They explain everything without taking up a lot of your time. The parking is nice. Great to be close to your condo. The unit has a beautiful partial view of the ocean and pools just as promised. Bed- the queen bed in the master room was awesome. The bunk beds were comfortable for kids. The decor and condo in general- It was greatly laid out. We loved having 2 bathrooms. It's just a perfect place for vacation. We loved our stay at this unit. We will definitely visit again!"

  • Killer view and great amenities

"The condo is well laid out and appointed and feels like "home" with a well equipped kitchen. Everything is well maintained and nicely decorated. The view to the west over the natural area is incredible and its hard to leave the balcony. It was our special spot for a morning cup of tea, a meal or a glass of wine watching the sunset. I am imagining being there right now! The complex has two swimming pools, exercise rooms, a movie room, tennis courts, a bocce court and kayaks. The beach is a short walk and is squeaky clean and full of shells and birds. A sort drive to the south (without any traffic lights!) is the Canaveral National Seashore with the longest stretch of undeveloped beach on the Eastern Seaboard. It is pure heaven. The hosts were very responsive and anticipated our needs. Oh, JB's Fish Camp is on the lagoon on the way to the the seashore and worth a visit for a meal. NSB has lots of great food options. For breakfast, we loved the Wake Up Cafe and had a very special dinner at the Spanish River Grill. Back over the causeway we had tasty beer at New Smyrna Beach Brewing while we ate a delicious sandwich we picked up nearby at Yellow Dog Eats. There is so much to do in the area and the condo is a perfect location."

  • Great view and great vacation condo!

"Having stayed at the Ponce De Leon since the late 80's (young college student) with my family and cousins, I knew the area like the back of my hand. This 8th floor view and cleanliness of the unit did not disappoint us for our twin 8 year old girls first trip to Florida. Perfect layout for families and the kid's room was decorated appropriately. Owner was great to work with, having emailed back and forth answering all my questions about the unit. When the toaster died during our visit, they had one shipped overnight! Pool is great for all ages and abilities; swim or soak it's up to you. We had lunch frequently around the pool using the tables and umbrellas. Shuffleboard courts are always fun while waiting the required (Mom and Dad's rule) hour after eating before getting back in the pool! And for a break from the sun, there is a pool table and ping pong table. The location is perfect, close enough to a grocery store (7 minutes maybe), restaurants within walking distance, Downtown New Smyrna Beach and all it's shops and restaurants a short drive (by road or by beach!). Great views from the balcony looking down on the beach and ocean. Drive for a little over an hour and you are at the Magic Kingdom or many of the other Orlando based attractions. Thanks for helping me to remember lots a great memories, all while creating new ones with my wife and daughters. My girls already have me finding out when their school break week is so they can return."
