  • Oceanwalk 2017

"I have been traveling to NSB for the past 7 years. Always enjoy the amenities that Oceanwalk offers. There is a large selection of condos that one may rent. The reasons to choose this unit are: Jan the owner is awesome to work with. She is always available to answer questions or address problems. Next, when you are on vacation you need a good night sleep. Both bedrooms have super comfy beds. Finally cleanliness. I am a stickler for cleanliness & this is CLEAN & recently updated. Even the white sheets & towels are free of stains. Caution other oceanwalk will not be as clean as Jan's. Trust me it is no fun having to clean mold out of the refrigerator, wash all the dirty dishes that were put in cupboards, vacuum the sand out washer & dryer before one can use it. No of the above mentioned will be found at Jan's. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the balcony. Be sure to check out all the NSB weekend activities car show, art shows& wine walks. Cheers!"

  • Ahhhhh, Nice!

"This was our second stay in one of Jan's properties at Oceanwalk and we were just as impressed the second time around. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very spacious. It's a great location, out of the busier downtown NSB area but still less than 10 min from some very good restaurants. We enjoyed the Canaveral National Seashore just down the road, the Smyrna Beach Dunes Park, the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, a day at Kennedy Space Center and one at Legoland with our grandsons, and a river tour with Turtle Mound Tours. The other Oceanwalk visitors/residents were very friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to our next visit."

  • Great Memorial Day vaca and stay in immaculate NSB condo

"Great stay in a quiet condo overlooking the lagoon! The place was super clean and well stocked for all your needs. We are sticklers for clean accommodations over everything else and this did not disappoint. Even the white towels were spotless. We brought all our beach stuff but really didn't need to. Beach was an easy walk, but do have to cross a somewhat busy street. Whole rental and check in/checkout process was smooth and easy with Patti. As far as the complex and NSB area, it seemed quiet except for sheer number of people at beach and pool, but we expected as much given the holiday. Expect to stand in line for the grill at the pool during high season. Also, the common areas seemed a bit tired at OceanWalk, especially Rec I building. It was shut down a couple days due to plumbing issues and the workout room was shut down for the whole time. Looks like they are renovating though. Guess it's the nature of NSB, but seems like vacationers here stick close to home/condo rather than go out on the town, especially families. Restaurants seemed to tolerate rather than accommodate kids. Overall we enjoyed it though, especially Flagler Ave which is a short drive. Even with the drive from Atlanta, we would definitely come back to this great place!"

  • Met our expectations!

"The condo 13-401 was comfy, beautifully decorated and perfect for my two sisters and myself. Easy access to the beach and pools, and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The main gate wouldn't open on our arrival making it difficult to navigate to the condo since we didn't know our way around - 3am arrival due to delayed flights. Next day was easier using the remotes that were provided by the owner for our use to enter/exit garage and gate. The sliding doors are very difficult to open and close. Two girls sunbathing at the pool in their thong suits and bare butts was a bit inappropriate for us and families with children!"
