  • Perfect week for a special Anniversary

"We rented this unit for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. They absolutely loved it (and we enjoyed a few days as well). The pictures don't do it justice. It was by far, the best complex on New Smyrna Beach. Quiet, serene, and the ocean just steps outside the door. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Such an easy rental process! My parents are already making their plans to reserve it again for their anniversary week next year."

  • Best Family Vacation!

"We stayed in NSB the last two weeks of 2015. Our longest family vacation ever! But the time literally flew by. Starting with the house, everything was super clean and organized. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was very well stocked, which we were super excited about because we love to cook. The house is decorated so nicely, from the colors to all of the beach signs. Our dogs had a blast too. They loved the dog beach and going for walks around town. NSB is super dog friendly! The town... The location of the house is centric to everything! I especially liked that we didn't need to leave the inlet to access supermarkets, nails and beauty shops, restaurants, anything really. We walked to Flagler Ave. every day. We especially enjoyed Nichols Coffee shop. I would go for a run or bike on the beach each morning and on my way back to the house I'd stop in for a Flagler Ave Latte and a homemade scone. Yum! Flagler Ave had several events going on during our stay too. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We did adventure on some sightseeing trips as well. We went to St Augustine and visited Fort Matanzas about 1 hour and 10 minutes away. We also visited the Ponce Inlet Light House about 25 minutes away. If you enjoy taking in the sights and learning about history these are two must do trips. Overall a very memorable family vacation. We are already making plans for a repeat trip!"

  • Ocean Front Comfort

"Our stay at this Seascape Towers condo was a treat. It was very well maintained and comfortable. The seating arrangement in the living room was particularly suited to everyone being able to relax for good conversation or watching TV. The heated pool and spa were wonderful. Being on the only 2nd floor made us feel even closer to the ocean when we sat on the balcony or just looked out the sliding glass doors. I would definitely return. And a big thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo!"

  • Sea Coast Garden III, NSB

"Positives: We LOVED the location The general condo facilities (pool, community rooms, shuffleboard, etc) were clean and well maintained, although the elevators were a bit temperamental. The beach was amazing! Very clean, wide and "residential" rather than commercial. You could walk for miles in both directions, and only 1/4 mile north on the beach is nice beach restaurant/bar. Across the street are several good restaurants. New Smyrna Beach is a fun place for families or singles. Lots to offer, and convenient to other fun day trips (Daytona, St. Augustine, World Golf Hall of Fame, Titusville and Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge, Kennedy Space Center, Cassadaga, Blue Springs etc.). The rental agency, Great Ocean Condos, was really great to work with. Very responsive and professional. We'd definitely rent thru them again. Negative: While the unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the furnishings could use some attention. The furniture on the balcony was rusted, the dining room chairs were a hazard as they would easily tip, and the King size mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping in two hammocks. We'll definitely return to NSB, and would enjoy staying in Sea Coast Gardens again, but we still probably look for a different unit."
