"I expected a lovely home and beach and found just that, plus Christmas decorations and a full tree! It was lovely and beyond anything I could have wished for. Thank you Cheryl for a wonderful family Christmas reunion."

  • Sunrise Beauty in New Smyrna Beach (A classy beach town-really!)

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our visit to this adorable 7th floor condo with an amazing beach view! The furnishings are calm, tasteful and very comfortable with a lovely king-sized bed. immaculate kitchen holds everything you need if you decide to cook for yourself. Also, New Smyrna has amazing restaurants, including SoNapa right across the street! The complex is not new, but is well maintained and very quiet and the pool area was beautiful. Go downstairs and you are right on the beach. Amazing customer service-we were shown three properties on a Saturday to rent that evening. Our business trip in Florida was extended and we found ourselves in immediate need to a place to stay-Florida Vacay came to our rescue! We will definitely call them again when we are visiting New Smyrna Beach, which if you have never visited, is the rarest of things, a classy beach town."

  • Best Stay We've Had in NSB!

"This was far and away the best townhouse we've stayed in at NSB. This was our fourth trip to the area. While we were nervous at first about not being directly on the beach with two kids, a fisherman and all their gear, the quiet neighborhood and excellent location quickly made up for it! The home itself is immaculate; many gorgeous updates to the kitchen and bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, fishing poles, beach toys, etc. The in-unit full size HE washer and dryer was such a convenience (other places with coin-operated machines are extremely time consuming and costly, especially when all linens were required to be washed before departure)! The unit is within walking distance to the Dollar General Market and strip mall adjacent (beach store, cafe, nail salon, etc), as well as a couple restaurants. We always love taking the short drive down Atlantic Avenue to Canaveral National Seashore for fishing and sightseeing. We dove to Daytona on a particularly cool day (60 degree high) for some indoor ice skating and a chocolate factor tour. On previous trips we have visited the Kennedy Space Center (always check to see if a launch is scheduled during your stay) and Port Orange. NSB is simply a great area, no matter your interests! Walt and Delores were great to deal with; we even left something behind and they were kind enough to ship it to us. Thank you! Can't wait to retire here someday too!"

  • Simply lovely

"What a beautiful, relaxing vacation spot! All of the necessary items were available in this spacious condo, as far as kitchen utensils, towels, hand soaps, dish soap and laundry detergent, which we appreciated. Beach was very private and mostly deserted this time of year. We visited Sea World and explored a bit locally, but really enjoyed just hanging out on the balcony, at the beach or by the pool. Can't beat the view here every morning and evening! Hope to return again."
