  • Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

"Just returned from our week vacation. Very clean and comfortable condo. The property is small and guests are friendly. Property is quiet. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the needed cooking supplies and plenty of linens. Beach access is just across the road and has new stairs with seating at the top to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. This area is almost like having your own private beach as it is not crowed. Fran was very responsive to questions. Very smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Again!"

  • Family Vacation

"This was our first time at this condo and we were very happy with the location and all the amenities this condo has for the beach. Our family really enjoyed being on the 11th floor of the Tower and everyone was so polite and pleasant. The place was so clean and the furniture is extremely comfortable. Thanks so much for the perfect family vacation spot."

  • Absolutely LOVED our stay!

"This was our first stay at The Sunny Beach House and we absolutely LOVED it! Everything you could possibly need was available and the house was well-stocked. The weather was unseasonably warm which only added to the incredible stay. I truly appreciate the fact my entire family was welcome so the holiday could be spent as it should be - surrounded by those you love whether human or canine. My dogs (2 Great Danes) had plenty of running and play room in the fenced backyard while the humans relaxed by the pool and took a Christmas swim (thanks to great weather and a solar-heated pool). If not relaxing by the pool, we were enjoying peaceful walks consisting of ocean views and river sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. This was the first beach experience for the danes and it was so much fun watching them try to figure out the sand, sea birds, and the ocean at the dog-friendly Flagler Beach which was a short 5 minute drive from the house. Centennial Park was another dog-friendly area nearby. Needless to say, the dogs seemed to enjoy this vacation as much as we did. In addition to the amenities and dog-friendly hospitality, Christy was very accommodating with our arrival and was easily reached when I had a few questions. Thank you for being a great owner and your willingness to share your beautiful home! You made it possible for my whole family to be together for one of the most relaxing and carefree trips I've gotten to enjoy in a very long time. We will definitely be booking this home in the future and highly recommend staying here. Dog-friendly, well-stocked, relaxing atmosphere, kind neighbors, quiet neighborhood, ocean and river views within short walks, convenient location to sights, shopping, banking, grocery, etc. and so much more! Oh, did I mention you can hear the ocean waves crashing on the shore while sitting on the back porch? Or how beautiful the nighttime sky looks from that same back patio? There's so much more, but needless to say, you can't go wrong with this house! Thank you, Christy!"

  • Home away from home

"Well, I have to say that our vacation started off a little rocky or should I say "Like a hurricane".... Of course the weekend of our vacation hurricane Matthew hit the cost of Florida and caused a delay in us leaving for vacation. Not knowing what damage we were headed into we relied on the owners of the house to keep us updated on the situation at hand. The owners Heather and Eric went out of their way to keep us informed of road damage, power outages and the bike week event itself. Knowing that the house did not have power for the first two days, we made adjustments in our travels and headed to the gulf cost for a couple of days, once Heather informed us that the power was on at the house we headed straight to the house to start our vacation. Upon our arrival the area was in dismay and trees every where, power still not restored in a lot of the area, but in the mist of all of the hurricane disaster, Heather and Eric made sure the house was in great shape for us. A lot of people would have cancelled and I really wouldn't have blamed them if they had cancelled, but they didn't. The house was very clean, updated, well maintained and the neighbors were wonderful!!! They all came around and spoke to us and wondered mostly how our travel to the area was. We couldn't have asked for a better week nor a better place to stay. The house is centrally located and out of the way at the same time. Especially if you are going for bike week, yes, it takes longer to get to main street, but so worth it to come to a home at night and be able to sleep without hearing all of the motorcycles and things that go on during that week. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. I would recommend this home to anyone with children or just a single couple. Oh and the back yard, it's your own little oasis... Thank you Heather and Eric for everything you did going out of your way to make our vacation wonderful!!"
