  • Wonderful home; Amazing Location; Highly Recommend

"This home is a wonderful, elegant but simple, family friendly gem in a fantastic location. The house is clean, modern and large with a great layout. Could easily see two families sharing the home -- each at one "end". Everything we needed for two weeks was right in the house -- we just added groceries! Even when we asked about something we didn't see, the owner offered to buy it and ship it to the house during our stay. The owners father is the on-site contact and he was a great resource -- helpful and kind. The fenced pool was perfect for our little ones when they tired of the beach. The location was great -- just a 90 second walk to the sand near the end of a dead end street. Very convenient to town and all that Vero offers. We've stayed in four different rentals in Vero Beach and this one is tops. I would HIGHLY recommend it."

  • Sunrises, Sunsets, Sea Turtles, and Sea Cows; Natural Florida at its very best!

"I am a North Floridian who has rented vacation properties all over this state, from St. Augustine to the Florida Keys, and from Ft Myers Beach north to Horseshoe Beach. I have also rented in Hawaii and can say this is the best rental ever. The beach access is very private and the river access is just perfect. Imagine Sunrise, sunset, and moon rise all at the same location and all over water. As a boater, the docking facilities could not have been better for my 23' boat. Sebastian Inlet State Park just 2 miles north is a special place for fishermen and boaters. The Sebastian Pier is the best fishing pier in the state of Florida. We were able to watch dolphins jumping in front of the docks and manatees playing under and around the dock, just turn on the water hose. The beaches around this area can boast of more sea turtle nesting than any place in the Western Hemisphere. Walking late at night between April and October may surprise people when a turtle rises from the water to lay her eggs at night. There are plenty of restaurants to visit by boat and by car but not real close. The house furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. I can only hope to visit again, as this is the best of all my rentals. The fishing is just as great and includes oversize redfish, snook and trout."

  • Cozy apartment on a wonderful farm

"Great place to stay to get away from the busy ocean front, but really close to everything- beaches, restaurants, water sports, shopping, etc. Our dog loved running around the 5 acres and hanging out on the patio. The owners lovable golden retriever was always trying to catch the fish in the pond and their funny chickens faithfully laid their blue eggs daily. great place to unwind after a busy day. The owners were so nice and laid back. The apartment was spotless and very comfy."

  • Perfect Getaway!

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Loved every minute here and hated to leave. Location and grounds are gorgeous. Courtyard and pool were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable, could hear the waves crashing right from the room! Beautiful beach just a short walk. A person could easily get used to a morning walk on the beach, I wish I was there right now! Overall GREAT stay and would LOVE to come back again. Thank You!"
