  • Beautiful condo, great location

"My husband and I go to Florida for Bike Week each year. In the past couple of years we have chosen to stay for the whole month in March. Found this beautiful condo on VRBO. It is exactly as you see in the pictures. Beautiful, clean and quiet. We felt right at home. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Perfect location too. Not far to many great restaurants in the area. (Aunt Catfish is one of our favorites) We asked the owner to label the light switches, as there are many, and leave instructions to work the TV/cable. Other than that, we loved our stay. Hope you will too."

  • Amazing....Again!!!!

"This was our second year in the condo and it most definitely will not be our last! Having such a clean, comfortable and well furnished place to stay makes the time at the beach so much more enjoyable. The beach is beautiful and there is a never ending list of incredible restaurants minutes away...the on-site staff are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful....but perhaps the best thing about this condo is the incredible effort the owners put into making our stay there comfortable and worry free!! Thanks for another amazing year at the Ormondy!!! If you are looking for a place to stay while enjoying this incredibly fun and beautiful part of the world, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!!! Eric"

  • Killer view and great amenities

"The condo is well laid out and appointed and feels like "home" with a well equipped kitchen. Everything is well maintained and nicely decorated. The view to the west over the natural area is incredible and its hard to leave the balcony. It was our special spot for a morning cup of tea, a meal or a glass of wine watching the sunset. I am imagining being there right now! The complex has two swimming pools, exercise rooms, a movie room, tennis courts, a bocce court and kayaks. The beach is a short walk and is squeaky clean and full of shells and birds. A sort drive to the south (without any traffic lights!) is the Canaveral National Seashore with the longest stretch of undeveloped beach on the Eastern Seaboard. It is pure heaven. The hosts were very responsive and anticipated our needs. Oh, JB's Fish Camp is on the lagoon on the way to the the seashore and worth a visit for a meal. NSB has lots of great food options. For breakfast, we loved the Wake Up Cafe and had a very special dinner at the Spanish River Grill. Back over the causeway we had tasty beer at New Smyrna Beach Brewing while we ate a delicious sandwich we picked up nearby at Yellow Dog Eats. There is so much to do in the area and the condo is a perfect location."

  • Best beautiful rental in Cape Canaveral!

"We stayed in this beautiful town house for a week. My sister-in-law and family rented the other side so we couldn't have been any closer to share this family vacation. Andrea has made sure her townhouse has everything you could possibly need. For out of town guests who are traveling by plane, you will find towels (bath and beach), sheets, soap, Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, a well stocked kitchen, unopened food left by previous renters, laundry detergent,... The house is beautiful - from the wide open family room with a huge couch and recliner facing a huge TV to the granite counter tops and seating for 9 and up to the 3 roomy bedrooms with ceilings fans (and a great balcony off the master in the front of the house) in each room to the three well stocked bathrooms... An outside shower and hose rinse off... tons of chairs, coolers, bags, bikes, toys, beach umbrellas,... The walk to the beach is 2 short blocks across quiet streets. Easy to come back to the house for lunch and dinner or even a nap in the afternoon and then head back for more surfing in the waves. The beach is great! Soft sand, warm water, my husband jogged the long 2+ miles to the lighthouse pier and saw sea turtles and a stingray. We did see dolphins once. Lots of sand crabs and fish. No crowds at all while we were there...a little over a mile walk to Cocoa Beach Pier... Views of the huge Cruise ships heading out every day... Note: go one street to the north to head back out to 1A and you'll come out at a stoplight, which is much easier to go left. to Just short of a mile to Dunkin Donuts, Publix Grocery Store, the Dollar General, mini-golf and 7-11 (not far at all and on our side of the street. The kids walked or biked to get many slurpies). Just beyond is Ron Jon's famous shop and a great frozen yogurt place. Walmart is 10 minutes away. It was a little over 15 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center (awesome!) and we even saw a rocket launch during our stay (which we watched from the beach. What a unique and cool experience). Orlando is 45 minutes away. We could not have had a better stay anywhere else. This is truly the best house in the best location in Cape Canaveral. We can't thank Andy enough for everything!!"
